Food is always good, as it is with every Wendys. But my last experience defied all logic and understanding, so I just may never... come back here. I ordered my food via the Wendys app several minutes before getting to the restaurant. You'd think my food wouldbe ready as soon as i pulled up to the window. But no. They told me to pull over to the side and they'd bring out my food. Nextthing i know, the 2 people behind me who ordered at the restaurant pull up, pay, get their food and leave while i'm stillsitting there waiting for the food i ordered ahead of time! 8 minutes later, the guy who told me to pull to the side comes outwith my food, walking as slow as he possibly could to my car. No sorry for the wait or explanation as to why i had to wait. Itook it from him and gave him a sarcastic "thanks alot" and left. Never coming back here after that ridiculous experience. Isuggest never ordering off the wendys app unless you want to wait longer. Read more
Ordered 3 double stacks all have 1 patty lay iff the pipe
The staff who served us at the drive thru didn't greet or thank us, just took our money in silence. They also did not bother to... tell us we couldn't have the drink we ordered due to an equipment issue. Read more
Burgers arent salty just right and fresh...better than most.
The food is great but the staff was not very friendly they snapped at us because we told them nicely that they forgot our Fries... and lemonade and frosty. She slammed everything down on the counter. Read more
Wendy's is the best tasting and best quality fast food hands down. And this Wendy's came in clutch after a very long drive to... fill our very hungry tummies. The staff was very courteous as well. I was especially impressed with the iced tea. I don'tusually like a sweetened iced tea but it wasn't too sweet and the light tough of lemon was nice and not overpowering. Read more
No matter what time I come in for food it?s always fresh. Who ever the store manger is they are amazing. The Wendy?s in Shirley... is a joke called 17 times and no one picked up. 5 times in a row they forgot my potato.
