I?m very disappointed I have to give this place even 1 star to leave a review. When we first walked in we were greeted by flies... and a terribly stained carpet. We were told to seat ourselves and the waitress would be over in a minute. We were given our 81/2 by 11 sheet of paper menu, and my sister and I both ordered a sprite and our friend ordered a coke. When our drinks werebrought over I immediately noticed a color difference between the 2 cups of sprite. Our friend tried her coke first and said ittasted funny, my friend tried her sprite and almost spit it out, so I tried my sprite and sure enough wanted to spit mine out aswell. I tried a sip of the coke and it was just a cup full of coke syrup?.. mine and my sisters were just carbonated water??.Upon further inspection my sisters cup was covered in what I can only imagine to be mold on the riveted part of her cup?. Whenthe waitress came over and asked if we were ready to order, and I explained we would not be ordering based off of how our drinkscame and walked out. I wouldn?t eat here if it were the only place left on earth. Absolutely disgusting! Someone would reallycall the health department. And I genuinely cannot wrap my head around the fact this place has a 4.1 star review! ???? In replyto the owners response: How do you explain the difference in color between the 2 cups of sprite and the VERY CLEARLY dirtydisgusting cup?! And the flies literally all over the place?! Hospital cafeteria level food served at ridiculous prices with attitude. I called today to order lunch takeout. The person... taking the order had to put me on hold multiple times to check with the kitchen if they had stuff to make dishes I was ordering.Mind you, I was ordering from their regular menu posted on their website. I was told that menu was old. Why do you have an oldmenu on your website??? When I came to pick up, one of the dishes I ordered had sauce on the sandwich instead of on the sidelike I requested, and there was no takeout silverware in the bag. I pointed it out to the server at the bar who immediatelyrolled her eyes, tossed the plastic silverware my way and went to yell at the cook. How unprofessional. I didn?t have time towait for the sandwich to be remade since the rest of the food was getting cold (I was getting lunch for multiple people). Thiswas on a slow afternoon with barely any people in the dining room. The food was just ok. The whole experience was just bad.Needless to say, I won?t be returning. Read more
Good simple breakfast and morning drinks. They make a great tequila sunrise and Bloody Mary. Potatoes were just right, not too... dry, and the pancakes were an inch thick. The coffee was always freshened up quickly. Was nice and pleasant. Read more
I was here years ago and it was terrible. I was told that it changed hands so I thought I would give it another try. Atmosphere... hasent changed. Needs an update bad, or please just clean the place. People haven't changed either, loud and rude. I reallycouldn't have a conversation because I couldn't hear anything over the raspy chain smoker yelling obscenities and talking aboutwhat a hard time she was having going to the bathroom. The food was fantastic , you dont expect to find that at a golf course , but it was! They made a homemade corned beef hash that... was amazing, and the hollandaise on my Irish Benedict was 5 star! Good service, nice atmosphere , cant go wrong here! Read more

If you are looking for a great place to have a drink and have a bite to eat - this is the spot. Take is a step further and host... an AMAZING dinner party at River's Edge Grille & Tavern. NYE 2021 was our rehearsal dinner and finding a place to host 12 peoplenot only on New Year's but also during the pandemic was getting to be very difficult. We got recommended to contact Jonathanfrom Whipple Tree Winery (another must!) and he took it from there. Jonathan gave us a private room, adhered to COVIDguidelines, and gave us the best NYE we've ever had. He gave us a set menu to choose our meals, setup a cocktail hour with yummyapps, and even pre-loaded the TouchTunes Jukebox for us. This night was really special to us, and Jonathan and his teamguaranteed that. The decorations were beautiful (even had fun NYE stuff), food was delicious, drinks were perfect, serviceoutstanding and the music was bumping. We had the most special time. Read more
Look, this place is the "19th Hole" where golfers come to snack and have libations after their games. It NOT a 5-star,... family-friendly, fine-cuisine restaurant. It's a bar. Our experience was kind of flat because we don't consume alcohol whereasthose that do we're having fun projecting their liquid opinions toward a televised football game with stentorian grace. Theservice was alright though minimal and the food...packaged cheese over limp bacon and bbq chicken slices. What can I say? It'sa bar. Read more
