Looks like a cross eyed robot made this big mac. Half the sause missed the burger...lettuce all over in my box...looked like a... shipping create...had to search for the big mac!!! Upsetting!!!! On the day I post this. The crew shirt handed was hit by a rush of rodeo folks passing thru. Someone may give a negative review... because they were behind but I saw a team busting but to make everyone happy. They didn?t have one of the items I ordered. Ididn?t care but they insisted on making it right. Great team today. Good job. Read more
It?s super frustrating how much longer the wait line is (at what used to be THE fastest fast food drive thru) ever since they... opened two lanes. It?s gotta be better for the employees or else I absolutely cannot understand how this is a better setup. Iknow it?s been there for awhile now, but I?m finally taking the time to review. I used to drive thru all the time for a coffee,a coke, or my fav fish fillet meal. And now, I find it MUCH faster to walk myself in to Subway right next door. I do it all thetime now - for just a soda. And am happy to pay more for it. It?s quicker than even walking INTO MCDonalds. The wait inside iscrazy, too! I?m not an impatient person, but choose McDonald?s when I have little time. I just can?t rely on them in the ?fast?department anymore. Read more
Clean facility, fresh food. The drive-thru set up that has people walking in-and-out of the building via a door right next to... the drive-up menu, resulting in them crossing right in front of vehicles, is an absolutely horrendous design. My food was ready and delivered before I got my coat off. One of the best operated McDonalds in the area. Really solid staff and... pleasant to deal with. Very clear and maintained well. The food was justvthe way I ordered it and it was fresh and hit. Greathib folks all around. Read more
