The hostess greeted with a smile walking up to the stand, she was friendly and warm. The waitress was completely fine and took... the order promptly. The side Ceasar salad was tasty and fresh. The blu burger medium was cooked as ordered. The fries could havebetter prepared. They were luke warm and almost seemed reheated. The booth was clean and ready for patrons. Service at lunchwas timely and we were checked on several times. The location is a caverness property with high ceiling and a littledrafty. Free parking behind the restaurant. Read more

Very disappointed. Our group ordered hamburgers with endless fries. For our whole group of 5, we were served a tiny portion of... fries that was literally about 12 potato slices. We asked our waitress to please bring our group more of the "endless" fries,napkins & a refill of drinks. She was so busy that she did not get back to us for 30 minutes. Then she gives us the excuse thatthe restaurant is so busy that waiters/waitresses are still waiting on orders from the kitchen. Although our burgers weredecent, I gave this Red Robin the worst of customer ratings, because the service was just awful. We were there for over an hourand never got our complete order. We called the manager over, but he/she never showed up. Perhaps the manager was handling toomany complaints! It'll be a long time if ever that we return to this Red Robin. Terrible management. A little on the dirty side. Sat our table for a good 5-10 mins. Before our server greeted us. Food was good.

Very disappointed with my first experience at Red Robin. Had I not been with others, I would have walked out. Mocking the Statue... of Liberty, loud music, seated next to the bar, dark atmosphere, and nothing appetizing on the menu for dairy free folks. Iordered nothing but water. Will only go back if I am starving. What a waste of time. Glad there are other restaurants to eat at. Read more

I loved my server, but overall, I thought the restaurant was gross. We had to wait roughly 20 minutes on a Friday, which was... about as expected and maybe a little better than average. My order was messed up, which doesn't even bother me (except I havedietary restrictions, so I couldn't eat until a new meal came out)... It was more that the food was room temperature and thefries were soggy and cold as well, with little seasoning. I would have went with the endless broccoli instead, but last time Ihad that at a different location, it was equally disappointing. I do not blame this location in general- it's a nice,well-designed convenience next to the movie theater. It's probably one of the only average-priced food venues in the Promenadeas well, so it's a good recommendation if you are inviting people of all different backgrounds. But I think Red Robin as awhole is going downhill. Read more

Good Red Robin location. Service was great. Food came out fast and our server checked on us often. My guac bacon burger tasted... great. Side salad was very good too. Love their in-house ranch dressing that they make. Good everytime I come by. Fish and frieswere good too. Great location, in the middle of everything in Center Valley. Read more
