Outstanding dinner and I will say it is the ?best steak? in the Lehigh valley hands down. Oak would be a hard second based on... their style of cooking steak. Price was a-little high for the area it?s in, but the wait staff, drinks, appetizers, andambiance made it well worth it. Dessert was also massive! Read more

The dinner rolls were delicious, the butter was soft. The wagyu strip streak was delicious. I got the porcini mushroom cream... sauce on the side which was also delicious. The mac and cheese was yummy. I didn?t like the creamed spinach, baked beans, potatogratin, or the crab bisque. It is freezing inside, I?ll bring a sweater again for next time. Read more

We went here for an anniversary dinner and the food and service were impeccable. We began with a tuna tartar and a crab... cocktail. Both were great. We particularly liked the sauce accompaniments for the crab cocktail. As someone that isn'tparticularly fond of cilantro, reading the menu I was concerned that the only sauce would be a cilantro sauce, but instead youget 3 different sauces with the appetizer. So if you don't like one, you're sure to like the others... The steaks we among thebest we've ever had. The bone marrow and shallot crust was simply outstanding. I would not hesitate to come here again and wouldrecommend it to any steak lover. The steaks were both cooked perfectly, the quality of the meat was noticeable, and thepreparation showed the skill of the kitchen staff. We would absolutely come back! Read more

The atmosphere was nice I will say that. It was Good Friday and of course I didn?t eat meat so I ordered the grilled Caesar... salad. I never imagined getting a burnt head of romaine. It was not enjoyable at all. With only four croutons and a smear ofdressing. I was disappointed and confused that for that price they are serving burnt lettuce. The Mac and cheese was undercooked and dry with no flavor. Everyone who did have meat in my party said it was good but nothing spectacular. It was sweetthat they brought a slice of cake out for my friends birthday and the cake was really moist and flavorful. We only had two saladand two drinks and Mac and cheese and our bill was $100. I unfortunately forgot to take a picture of the Scallops that we got as our appetizer but like Blue the quality and how they... where cooked was phenomenal I would gladly eat scallops for the rest of my life as long as they where prepared here- very tenderand the truffle cauliflower purée was flavorful. I had the Pan Seared Seabream with arancini, they were a little burnt on thebottom but still good , Potato Gratin was creamy and lightly flavored. It pared well with the Wagyu steak which was tender andcooked perfectly. I?m not a steak eater but I had a few bites of my SOs. We got the Carrot cake with the pecans, the frostingwasn?t overpowering like some cream cheese frostings. As for the drinks - well mixed, my favorite was the bees knees it was veryspringy. I enjoyed the mix of absinthe and gin in the maiden voyage. I also got the Time Out Take Five, some rum drinks can beheavy but this again was very well mixed and light. The staff is amazing. The food took a little long to come out, but was good. They have a great wine selection.

Excellent, I had the dry aged bone in Ribeye perfectly cooked, slightly charred on the outside but tender and juicy inside. My... wife had the Filet Mignon, it was prepared perfect for her. There is nothing negative I could say about this place, a littlepricey but well worth it on special occasions! Read more
