Went to this DD this morning there were two guys behind the counter one gave me my donut and the other was asked to make my... bagel bites. so I?m standing there waiting,then the man asks if he can help me.I said yes I?m waiting for my bagel bites he saidoh he put the bites in the oven. while I was waiting he was sweeping up the counter with a dust broom and moving the garbage canaround. I figured he would change his gloves to handle the food, no instead he grabs both my bagel bites with the dirty glovesand throws them in a bag and just stares at me while holding the bag.Never again. Whenever i go to this dunkin? they are always so awful. The staff is always disgustingly rude to me and give me the worst... customer service. My drinks never come out right and the food/donuts are always stale. Read more
I asked for a caramel latte and came out mostly milk. I pushed myself to drink it because I paid for it. It doesn't taste good.
The staff I've dealt with is always really sweet but the drinks/food is pretty subpar. Purchased the avocado toast and the bread... wasn't even toasted! It also had no everything seasoning on top so essentially was just avocado spread on bread. Read more
Saw that they have bubble tea and I had to try it even tho I know it won't be as good as the traditional one. When I went to... order, there were 4 staff at the cashier (new staff training), they had no clue what "bubble tea" was, despite the giganticposter on their window. It took some explanation and only one finally understood what bubble tea is. Anyhow, ofc I wasdisappointed but not surprised. It doesn't have any tea taste. It may have but possibly was mostly overwhelmed by milk and icecream. Their boba is not tapioca/pearl, but they are brown sugar popping bobas. Their popping bobas had a hint of sourness. Iwouldn't be surprised if they were going bad as not many would have ordered it here. Read more
