We had the luncheon for our son’s baptism here and it was absolutely wonderful. Caroline helped with the catering setup and... our personalized menu. The food is delicious and the service is magnificent. Mauricio took excellent care of our event and wassure to take care of those with food allergies and the kids in our party. I can’t say enough great things about the servicefor our private event. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to host an event or even just a night out. Amazingrestaurant. Read more
Ok I’m being very strict so I’d say food is ok, but to be fair, for being a restaurant in a small town is pretty good . View... is unbeatable , portions are huge and prices are low (compared to Manhattan restaurants) . We did the prix fix menu for 35dollars that includes an appetizer (which are huge), an entree and a dessert . I was stuffed and couldn’t even eat the dessert. I will definitely come back. Greeted by the parking staff "with do you have a reservation?" Not welcome, but a challenge. Not cool. Inside front was aloof. I... know the service and wait staff and they were all cool. Food was still great. Drinks? Gone are cocktail glasses and now servedin champagne glasses. I get it. Thanks to man-caused inflation everything costs more. Raise prices then. Delicious shrimp scampi, mashed potatoes and vegetables with a beautiful view on the outdoor covered patio. Service was... excellent. Very busy on a beautiful summer Friday evening. Only thing I didn't like was they asked us to vacate the tableshortly after we finished eating. If they had a 90 minute table seating policy they should have it posted upon entry. Read more
Wonderful anniversary dinner. The octopus was seasoned well and tender while the buratta was well paired with grilled peaches.... Next course was duck and seared tuna, both really delicious. Really enjoyed the "outdoor" seating even during ahurricane! Feedback: Steamed veggies had no flavor but good texture. Read more
Very nice restaurant with good views. Staff attentive without being overbearing. We went during Restaurant Week and it was... surprisingly empty for a Monday night dinner. For appetizers, we ordered the New England clam chowder and a salad. The saladwas great, the soup was delicious, I think the clams were blended as there were no chewy bits. My filet of sole franchese was agenerous portion with vegetables and rice while my wife got the Pappardelle Bolognese and it was a massive portion which wasdelicious. The kids menu is a bit light (chicken tenders with french fries, grilled cheese with french fries, a few variationsof pasta) but limited selections are made up in the quality of the food. The chicken tenders were great, crispy and juicy andjust the right amount. We opted for tiramisu which was nicely plated with chocolate drizzle. The only big miss was the lemonadebeing completely unsweetened which I found surprising. My wife wants to go again but during the day so we can enjoy the niceviews which we were not able to enjoy because of early sunsets. Read more
