First time at Moe's. It is a quick TexMex restaurant like Chipotle, Costa Vida, or Cafe Rio. There was complimentary chips and a... salsa bar. I had the "homewrecker" burrito. Restaurant was very clean and well kept. Tonight was our first time ever at a Moe's. We let the employees know and not only were... they patient, they were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions! The food was delicious and we'll definitely beback! Read more
Moe's is a pretty good place to eat - was excited when this one popped up in Centerton! I like their food, tastes good and seems... to be consistent when I try it. Highly recommend the burritos. They're HUGE and tasty! I love that you care choose from lotsof different toppings and get your food just how you want it! Service here was great, the people were very nice in ghe drivethru. DON'T. JUST DON'T GO HERE. Save yourselves dome humiliation. I love Moe's more than anything. But this location in Centerton... has the worst customer service than anywhere. I was standing for more than 10 mins near to the station where you order. Therewas literally nobody in the queue. They still did not take my order. It was not even the busiest time. They are borderlineracist if not lazy or just bad employee or even badly managed employees. No wonder Rogers has a better rating. It's my humblerequest to the manager at the Centerton location, please you NEED to take some action. You ratings are direct reflection of howyour store operations are going on. I will be definitely driving 8 more miles to Rogers to get good service and good food fromMoe's. Read more
Split the nachos with my mom and got a "cup" of queso. The nachos were average, with the meat being disproportionately... distributed across the chips and weird proportions for the other ingredients. The cheese dip was not great, C tier at most. Nobetter than buying cheese dip at your local Walmart. Employees were friendly and active, which is unlike the other reviews forthis place. I?ve been wanting to try the new Moes. I?ve seen some negative posts but I think it?s just been a learning curve for new... employees. So I decided I?d stop yesterday and go inside to order. Super nice employees. Service was fast. Food was great - veryfresh, rice, chicken, grilled veggies, and all the toppings ? delicious! I?ll be definitely be back again. Not even sure where to start. Have been 5 times in total and the experience has gotten worse overtime. Our 3rd time, went... through drive thru and food was cold. 4th time, we were missing an entire quesadilla from the order. This final time, I choosedelivery through the app, added cheese dip to the bowl, and queso as a side. Order arrived horribly portioned and cold (withonly about 3 chunks of chicken) and missing queso. Can't get enough of their Stacker's! And it is always great to greeted by the whole staff when I walk in the door puts a smile... on my face no fail, everytime! Staff is well trained and knowledgeable I also find that they keep the ingredients swapped outand fresh discarded(before it gets to the very bottom of the trays, this is a big deal in my eyes) I also enjoy their small butgood assortment of salsa at the salsa bar.
