It took awhile, which is understandable due to the 5-5:30 pm traffic. However, they shouldn't give a kids meal hamburger to... kids or anyone else for that matter that has sat so long, that it's hard, dehydrated, and extremely inedible. The only decentpart of it was the bun. Read more
Messed up our online order, we hit the button and she offered to remake our drinks 10 mins go by and not a word or anything.... (Update: nice kid finally came out and was super apologetic, I don't blame him, this sonic is getting as bad as the grove one.) Read more
Got dinner there tonight. Ate half of the meal. Lifted the bun on the burger to find an alive fly stuck in the cheese. Called to... let them know and was only offered to have the food remade. Who would want to eat more food after that? Will not be back. Read more
Got to the drive-thru and once we reached the ordering area the computer crashed. I know this isnt their fault. Once it rebooted... no one took out order. Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer. 10 minutes later the 2 vehicles in front of us moved sowe could get to the window. Told them what happened and the girl said she didnt know how to take an order. Someone finally comesand takes our order. 15 minutes later we got it. All it was was a kids hotdog meal and 2 extra plain hot dogs. Almost an hours.$11 later we got 3 plain hotdogs and a few tots and kids ocean water. This place was a joke tonight. I was ordering a pizza from pizza hut as I was pulling into sonic. I work doordash and I was... picking up two order. So I check in from a stall because I had two orders thinking it will probably be a wait and I didn't wantto hold up the drive thru window cause they were a little busy like maybe a 10 min wait for both orders busy MAYBE. So when Icheck in I say I have two door dashes give them my information I get, Thank you I have them checked in. Ok well 10 mins go bywere still waiting thinking anytime now well 20 mins comes, me thinking my pizza should be close to done so I walk over therewhile my husband waited on our orders. Well after I texted my husband to let him know I made it. He pushes the button to findwhat is taking so long on the two orders. They say we only have the one checked in gave him the name of the order they had andsaid they would be out with in a moment. Then they brought him out the order with the other name on it that was just checked inand he asked the car hop where the other order was she stated it will be out shortly. Then I get back with my pizza mind you Iwalked over there and back and still no second order now at over 35 mins so when I call back in they stated they didn't knowwhere I was after checking in 3 times from the same stall and talking to the same car hop that just brought out the first orderbut didn't know where I was. Today I ordered 2 chicken slingers and was in a huge rush to get to an appointment. The food arrived timely but my buns was so... burned on the underside that I could not eat most of the bread. I had to just eat the chicken. One was so black, crisp, and hardthat is surprising the cook did not see these were burned! I did let a carhop know and gave buns back to him but had to hurry onto my appointment! This place is usually really great. This is the 3 time weve order dinner and our order is messed up. How hard is it for 1 burger with mayo 1 with mustard be. No one... saud put mayo on both and leave off all Vegetables. Read more
