Placed an online order and arrived 10 minutes after the order was promised to be ready and they took over 20 mins past the time... pickup to have it ready. I order online so I can grab and go. Not wait as I watch the people who walk in get their ordersbefore. Defeats the whole purpose of pick up convenience. Disappointing. Read more

Ordered ahead on the app came into store to pickup order and it wasn't ready by the time qouted had to wait an additional 5... minutes plus had to remind the cashier that I had a drink because she forgot it also offerd no apology so then I get back hometo eat my meal and realize some of what I ordered is missing.... Being a block from our house we eat this subway often. Usually once a month or so using the coupons they mail out. I'm not sure... what the reason is but this subway and the closest 2 others are all closing by 4-430pm every day right now. The temporary storehours seem to change on a monthly basis. I'm not sure what the reason behind this is as they offer no reasoning behind it but tosay I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Read more
Hours open never reflect the ever changing "Updated Temporary Hours" sign. I live less than .5 miles away and used to frequent... this location 2 to 3 times a week. I cannot rely on them to be open when I come by. I will not use this location again. JerseyMike's is close enough. Read more
