The staff here are very rude and terrible at their jobs. Mckenna especially. When we went to order we were told that the card... machine was not working properly and that it might not accept our cards, when we gave the card she took around 3 minutes to comeback and tell us my card was not working and told us to go to the atm machine right next door. I walked over there while mybrother waited at the window no car was behind us at this time, they then started to get angry that we wouldnt pull around asthe drive-thru window timer was counting down, they were very rude at this point saying they have another customer but the carhad just pulled up behind us when i got back into the car. Worst service ever. Waited almost 30 minutes for 3 tacos ans a burrito for take out. As my husband waited inside in waited in... the car ans watch about 20 cars come and go in less then 5 minutes in the drive thru and we waited 30 minutes inside,ridiculous. Even uber eats people left without orders. Read more
Considering I?ve never heard anything good about this Taco Bell I knew better! Yet it was late and they were open. Got a... Crunchwrap supreme with less meat than a taco would have on it! The shell in it didn?t even make it to my house(which is lessthan 3 minutes down the road) before it was ridiculously soggy and it wasn?t even wrapped it was completely open on one end andthe tortilla was torn on the other! I wouldn?t go to these lengths if they were busy cause I?d understand more rushing but I wasone of 2 cars in drive through and there was only one in the parking lot DO BETTER!! Read more

It's a solid 50/50 if your experience will be smooth or not. Some days they are on their game, bright, happy, and efficient.... Some days like today they forget your sauce AND drink and cheese. But...such is life w/ fast food. Luv taco bell overall forhaving a gluten free meal option Read more
