Went to Wendy's, in Centerton, AR, for a meal. Went thru the drive-thru. Arrived at 6:50pm, didn't get to the order panel until... 7:22, was asked to hold please and he came back to take my order at 7:25. Couldn't order a meal because they were out of fries.Ordered a baked potato and jr. Bacon cheeseburger. And I didn't pull off from the window with my food until 7:40. Utterridiculousness! Read more

Food was just ok at best. Service was seriously slow as drive thru was the only thing open. I mean why even bother opening if... you don't have enough employees to begin with. Also my wife got cold fries and all they offered for that complaint was a "sorryabout that". Read more
My bacon cheddar baked potato was raw. It was quite disappointing.someone cut open a raw potato and put bacon and cheddar cheese... on it, fully knowing what they were doing. I've always liked Wendy's but I will not be back to this one. Read more
First time visiting this location for dine-in. They had three ordering kiosks near the entrance. The kiosk told me to let the... cashier know my order number, but no one near the kiosk. I walked over to the counter and they asked me if I had a take outorder. I told them ni and explained the kiosk message- they then told me to go back to the kiosk and someone came out to theregister and finished my order. Not a great first experience for dine-in. Food was finished quickly, and tasted good. Havevisited the drive through several times with quick service. Would recommend. Read more
Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and 6 PC nuggets and a strawberry frosty and I ended up with food poisoning. Really not... cool. And the high schoolers and teens you hire don't do their jobs are lazy and rude. I get that they hate their jobs but theycan at least pretend they like it instead of being rude and on their phone infront of customers. Sign says they close at 10:30, I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes at 9, no response, no closed sign up. Finally someone... came out with trash, I flagged him down and he said they closed hours early. So frustrating nobody bothered to even letcustomers know that we're in line... Read more
