Yesterday September 5th 2022 , I went and purchased the family combo. 20 boneless & 20 traditional wings with a large fry. The... traditional wings had given my boyfriend and I FOOD POISING !!!!! My boyfriend works 3rd shift @ a warehouse in Perry andshortly after eating his Garlic Parmesan for lunch that night he began to vomit! By 7am that morning when he had gotten off fromwork his stomach was hurting extremely bad! Once he called me @7 am to wake me for school my stomach was hurting really bad & mywings were buffalo hot flavor. We have both been using the restroom all morning and have severe stomach pain. I am unable toattend class. My boyfriend is in bed as well in pain!!! We both spend so much money at this location in Warner Robins to begiven old meat or meat not kept at the right temperature. The food clearly had salmonella for both of us to be this sick . Idoubt anyone will reach out because they have their money for us already BUT I AM WARNING YOU TREAD LIGHTLY with eating herenow!!! I?m not sure if they are given bad or old chicken wings because the family meal is cheap & they are giving more food awaybut if you aren?t able to supply quality meat you should not be serving salmonella to your customers especially customers that?sthere EVERY WEEK! The bartenders are always friendly and make sure to take care of me and my husband. They get our food out in good time and they... always offer suggestions on new specials being offered. On top of that they always make sure to get our phone number so we canget our rewards points. ???????? Read more
This restaurant does an OK job. When I order to go, it is usually correct. However, every time I do a pick up for a delivery... service, they are woefully slow. Half the time they have their system down, and have lost the order so it had to be completelyrestarted. Every time I have picked up a delivery from there, I have been 20 to 30 minutes late because of their mismanagementof the order. So, be careful if you?re a delivery driver and picking up from here. Also make sure to check your order all thetime, because very often things get left out. Read more
Ordered an appetizer sampler. Apparently they were out of Onion Rings. Didn?t bother to tell me, just sub?d in fries instead.... Asked if I could at least do potato wedges or something as my meal came with fries. No substitutes allowed. To top it off thefries were cold and soggy and the boneless wings were cold as well. It was your typical Buffalo Wild wings. Decent atmosphere, great customer service, food was decent, prices were good. With going... in on a Veterans Day it was still a good experience. We were seated quickly and the customer service servers despite having along busy day, we're still delightful, respectful and entertaining. Read more
Went to watch football and get lunch. Husband got a burger that was ok got bacon on it for an extra $2 which was one slice cut... in half, no big deal. But I got wings-spicy garlic. It was just Buffalo sauce and I don?t like Buffalo so I asked the waiter ifI could get a different flavor. Got Parmesan garlic- a little better tasting, still not great. Got our bill and the waiterdidn?t comp the spicy garlic wings (I only ate one). The wings were good size. However, they put entirely too much sauce on the wings. I mentioned it to the waiter to pass onto the... kitchen. Being from Buffalo, I consider myself a wing connoisseur, and have eaten them all over the country. These had to havemore sauce than any wings I have ever eaten.
