Everything about this restaurant is fabulous, I only wish there was one in my area. I stopped here while traveling and I was... pleasantly surprised. The store was clean and tidy. Parking was easy and plentiful. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Theemployees were friendly and professional. Our order was made quick and accurate. For my first time there it was okish. As you see in the pic my burrito completely fell apart, it was not tightly rolled was just... loose and I guess they don't seer the tortilla closed. I got the beyond beef option and if you are looking for a vegan option itwas good. The veggies and avocado are cut fresh so you definitely taste that but refried beans are out of a can so not bad. Mydaughter got the burger and she enjoyed, loved the fries more though and my wife got the chicken tacos which she did not enjoyat all. 1st time we came here we got the Krispy chicken guac torta which is a sandwich and there there Krispy crinkle fries. They were... awesome and we enjoyed them so much so when my family drove almost 3 hours down to see us I thought it would be nice to go thereand pick up a few of these same tortas for us all. Bad move they gave me the wrong ones giving us BLT tortas and it was like catfood chopped up like minced chicken and the taste of canned chicken with bacon and just not edible whatsoever. The fries weresoggy and though they gave me my almost $60 back after driving all the way back there it was still a huge inconvenience and mybank still has yet to even show a processing return of my money. I told the lady upon attempted return about the fries being solimp and soggy and her reply was its the oil that caused that. If that was the honest case then change it! Never had it before, used to taco bell. This place blows it away. Everything is better. Food quality, prices, quantity, variety.... The torta i had was amazing. Even the simple crunchy taco was great. If this place was close id never go to the bell again Read more
I've never tried Del Taco before. The whole order was disgusting. I ordered steak tacos which were stew meat and not actual... steak. The flour tortillas were rubbery and gross. The fish taco was soggy. I took maybe one bite of each taco and couldn't evenfinish. Just gross. Read more
The cashier was very nice. Excellent customer service skills!!! Then.... There was one mistake, she told them to stay instead of... to go. The other employee was very rude to her and told her in front of everyone.... Get it right next time, if it's to go sayit is. Don't say it's to dine in. My favorite restaurant, eat there almost every day during the week. They do have a staffing issue I wish they would get fixed... and I do understand what the time. Other than that their food has always been correct except for one sign they gave me the wrongsize fries, but they fixed it right away and was curious about it. Thank you very much. Read more
I drive from Macon to eat Del Taco. The staff is always very friendly, the place is always clean, menu choices are vast, food is... always fresh and delicious. There is no comparison to Taco Bell. Del Taco is the best. If you haven?t tried them, do yourself afavor and you will be going back for more. It?s definitely worth my drive from Macon. I just wish they would put one in Macon. Read more
