My pizza fell out car. Went back praying they would give me one. Manage explains their not supposed replace pizza but she said... if I can wait 30 minutes... she will replace it. Thank you! The Associate taking my order was polite. I ordered a 10" pepperoni pizza. Price: $10.89. I was shocked ????. So I began to... search the menu to check prices and they're not listed. The Associate claims he can't determine the price until he enters theorder however, he said if ordered online, you can see price. I can't believe a fast food restaurant is unable to listprices. I ordered a large pizza yesterday for delivery. First my box wasn't sealed. Secondly too many onions, green peppers overcrowded... the small amounts beef and bacon. Don't take this wrong...the pizza was good except those ingredients. Next time light on onionand bell pepper. Stuffed crust totally epic. Read more
Closest Papa John's to me and usually no problems, but it seems the employees don't care about much at all, much less customer... service. You can tell the GM is in desperate need of good help, or at least a manager that is qualified to produce an accurateand friendly service. I mean, if I call an order in and you say it will be 10-20 minutes and I get there in 15 (all before 6 ona weekday) and you tell me it's in the oven and that you would bring it out, so I wait in the car.....35 minutes and severalpizza deliveries pass so I go in to see how much longer and all you can do is shrug your shoulders is pretty ridiculous. Theleast you could have done was given me the decency to say I'm sorry we never put your order in so you're going to have to waitlonger and blame a new person. I wouldn't let these clowns run my lawn mower much less my business. Read more
I've ordered pizza from this location on a few occasions. I've never been disappointed. My order has always been correct. My... pizza was always baked to perfection. I will continue shopping here. They are very dependable and clearly care about the pizza'scoming out the door. Customer service is good as well. My order always seems to be ready sooner than estimated without beingunder baked.
