Normally I would go in and all is pleasant, however I chose to order online and it was a disaster! Sandwiches weren't made... properly, paid for extra protein ($1.50 to be exact) for 2 of the 3 sandwiches purchased; also for them to be cut in fourths,nothalves. Cookies were missing on top of everything else. When calling the store a guy you the name of Joseph answered...told himthe story,he seemed unresponsive, I asked if he was the manager and if not I wanted to speak with a manager. Logan answered andsaid he was the manager. Told him about the sandwiches and I was rudely interrupted, with Logan,and I quote,"I KNOW FOR A FACTTHOSE SANDWICHES ARE MADE RIGHT BECAUSE I MADE THEM MYSELF!" I tried telling him they weren't and I'm missing the cookies. Hein returned insisted they were properly made and the cookies were left out. He told me IF I could bring the sandwiches ANDPROVE there's no extra meat,then he would replace it, and only half if part of the sandwiches had been bitten. I think askedWHY IS HE ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER??? He continued to say if I could prove it...I did inform him that I will report him and hisactions to those who put him in position to mantheir business in absence.
