This location consistently has rude and inattentive employees, expect to wait 5-10 minutes just for the cashier to finally take... your order even when the store is empty. Wait times for food are crazy long and on multiple occasions we've recieved incorrector incomplete orders, and on one occasion even had our completed smoothie handed off to one of the workers friends. Unpleasant experience is an understatement. I placed an order for 2 smoothies on the app for curbside at 8:06. My confirmation... email stated the order would be ready at 8:21. I arrived a little early at 8:11, called inside as requested, and was asked tocome inside b/c they had a lot of orders. There were 3 others groups of people waiting, 2 of which received their orders withinabout 5 mins. The remaining couple moved up to the seats in the pickup area. The only employee out front proceeded to starttheir smoothies while offering them all the things she liked and telling them what they should have. Eventually she referred tothe female of the couple as Mom. Later the male as Dad. We were never greeted nor asked what the name on our order was. Sheproceeded to chat with her parents while leisurely preparing custom drinks for them. At one point she took an order at theregister then went back to her parents and when the next customers walked in she yelled to the back for someone to come take theorder. Once their order was taken, I asked that employee to please assist the other as she had not yet acknowledged us and wasonly helping her parents. I went back to my daughter and after a few mins the other employee asked the name on the order.Neither of them could find it on their screens. The other employee eventually found our smoothies already made and sitting in arefrigerator. We finally left the store a few mins after 8:30 after receiving our order that was prepared before we even arrivedthat we were asked to come in for when there were 2 additional employees in the back and this girl only had time for herparents. I love the food and smoothies. They are definitely delicious and freshly made. But this location is just not great. I try to... avoid this location and go to the one in Bonaire. The one here in Centerville never has the online orders ready or they hand youthe wrong order even after you say what your name is. Read more
I ordered Chipotle Chicken Flat Bread sandwich with chips & a Dragon Fruit smoothie online. I picked it up curbside and drove... back to work. When I opened my sandwich up it was a Peanut Butter & Banana sandwich. I drove back to get it corrected and themanager, without an apology, made the correct sandwich. When asked "Can you make me another smoothie due to the inconvenience"? He replied "Nothing wrong w/ your smoothie just your food order"!! He offered Nothing to smooth over the mistake!! Went here yesterday, had a pretty horrible experience the cashier was not friendly at all and acted off when we were placing our... order, after ordering i went to the restroom and the toilet appeared to not have been cleaned for quite a while judging by thebottom of the toilet, also there was trash everywhere?. After I walked out an employee came up to me with food, and said ?T T??And I said what? He said ?order for T T?? I said no that?s not me. Then he came back over to our table and he said ?this isn?tyour order for T T?? We looked at the order and determined that the cashier did not get out name so just entered T T, so thatwas our food. The food is great and the people are nice. I can?t go a day without one of their smoothies. The only downfall is that the... curbside parking spots are always filled with empty cars. Also on the app you have to click ?here for pickup? but after sittingin my car for 10 min, I have to call AND THEN wait for them to make it. That?s what I?m doing as I write this. That?s how longit takes. It?s only aggravating because there is only 1 person in the building and 3-4 workers. I still love this place, butwhen I?m in a hurry. PS I just got my smoothie. Read more
Great place!! The food and smoothie out to me very quickly and they had really good healthy vegetarian options.
