Super disgusted with the service at this particular restaurant. Unprofessional, unfriendly and dirty..... I asked the cashier... taking my order MARIAH a question and she ignored me I'm not from here and I'm not familiar with the menu, tell me why she tookover a minute to answer a yes or no question? like are you slow? I made an online order for $50 worth of wings from here and nobody is in the building. The place is closed and nobody is in... building. And they are still taking online orders. There are about 20+ people here trying to get their wings. There is not anumber or anything to call to get our money back. Read more
the fries were mid and the ranch that?s usually good wasn?t that best, the garlic parm wings were OUTSTANDING but the bbq ones... were terrible to me but i?m not sure if that was because of the wings or the ranch, regardless, the staff weren?t very talkativeso i don?t have much to say but they seemed to have fun cooking in the back with music on, there was a lack of gloves andhairnets which bothered my mother more than me but still was concerning. This place is BEYOND ghetto! The hours are said to close at 12AM. I went at 11:00 to place an order. The guy told me they were... only accepting online orders (first red flag), but stated that he would take my order anyway. 30 minutes later, a girl withdreads, who I assume to be the manager, came out in a very unprofessional manner, annoyed about people coming in. I mean itwasn?t even 12:00 yet and she was locking the door on customers. She asked what my order was, and I told her. She said shedidn?t see the order online, so she wasn?t going to take my order, even though her worker took my order 30 minutes ago! She toldme she wasn?t going to take my order unless the worker who previously took it paid for it. (HA!! Yes she did) So I wasted myentire time and gas going there. I asked her for her name, and she gave me a fake name!! I found out yesterday that it was fakebecause a worker there told me when I asked about it ?we don?t have a diamond? and laughed about it. Ordered wings online. We gave them ample amount of time to get the food ready. No excuse for us having to wait 35 more mins for... our food to be done. & our order was incorrect. I ordered garlic parm & lemon garlic & the wings had no seasoning!! Spent almost$40 for nothing. My wife and I were traveling through and stayed at one of the hotels near this location and decided to order from here. Wings... are mediocre; edible. But the fries were very soggy and tasted like old burnt grease, left a nasty taste in my mouth. Theyreally were inedible. We ordered online for pick up and were missing a side of celery, a side of sauce, a side of fries is whichafter tasting some, they can keep the missing fries. Yuck. I have been to several Wing Stops but this one is by far THE worst one I have ever been to. The customer service is lackluster... at best and the wait time for the food was ridiculously long. The order also wasn't accurate. There were several other unhappycustomers waiting along with me. It would be awesome for the staff to get some training on professionalism.
