Typical drive through experience. Got our ice cream fast and we were on our way. Nothing to complain about.
I?d give them a 0 if I could, we got a gift card for my daughter for her birthday and went to use it and they said we don?t... accept those. We asked why, and they said just because we don?t. Don?t sell gift cards if you won?t honor them, nothing likehaving a 7 year old not understand why we can?t eat at one of her favorite places after ordering a bunch of food and having thembe rude about a policy I?ve never heard a restaurant ever do. Our visit here was a mess...we were traveling through and decided to stop and get food and grab a quick burger. Well they were... out of burgers. They were out of several things actually. They were understaffed, closing early and the place was a mess. It'sthe only place on this exit. Learn from my mistake and just keep going to one of the next exits. Read more

Order my food waited for 20 minutes. That wasn't a problem. I had no problem waiting for hot food. The problem was I expected... hot food. It was cold like it had been sitting on a warmer for hours. Chili's is ok not a big fan my son loves it but still good food for the price
