I have worked for this company, so it is unfortunate to say anything negative. However, it is very noticeable to see it go from... a well managed business to a poor one. This starts from the phone ringing forever to order a pizza. Always almost an hour wait,no matter what day or time of the evening. I know from working there this can be adjusted by employees. If I do go in it hasoften been sitting, but it tells me an hour wait. I do go in often due to convivence, but just last night the cold togo cooler,was empty and very dirty. I liked the iced coffee, but that whole bar had written out of order signs. Including the ice cream,which I heard a guest be told it needed cleaned, they didn't have time. I mentioned that the coffees seem to always be out, wasinformed no one on that shift knew how to change them. It is unfortunate that many of the current employees don't seem to takeany pride in their work. It needs a good guest focal cleaning, not to be out of so many things. I hope this gets better. They never answer the phone and when you do get in contact with them they are always rude. Not everyone knows how to order... online or has access to internet to be able to order online.. you lose a lot of business over not answering your phones. Read more
I'm pretty partial because my daughter works there making pizzas, so see her there almost more than she has days off...lol
I?ve been waiting on an online delivery for almost 2 hours now past the estimated delivery time. Tried to call Casey?s four... times now with no answer and if I don?t get my pizza soon I will demand my money back. This is ridiculous. The fact is that thephone wasn?t answered after 4 separate calls to the store. Read more
Took 50 minutes to make the pizza - and the staff was rude to me.
This Casey's is a great place to go whether you want a drink, need some gas in your vehicle or are looking for some fresh warm... pizza. Service is always kind and everyone always has a smile. I love coming here. Read more
Love the pizza and customer service is good but if you're looking for gourmet food go to a restaurant because convenience stores... don't work that way very clean restrooms, clean most of the time. I've never had a problem with it!! Read more
