We were in Centerville Iowa for a HS softball team game 5/31/22. After the game the kids decided they wanted Taco Bell/KFC. ... My daughter asked for two legs in a meal got two thighs, specifically asked for a large potato and gravy, didn?t receive thegravy, ordered the Mexican Pizza and it looks as it was thrown into the box and handed to me (picture below), hard shell tacoswere all broken. We were traveling home and wanted to eat in the car - by the time we noticed all of this being incorrect wewere on the road. Spent $45 for everything and it was a complete disappointment! Every time we go to this place, and mind you we have to drive an hour just to get here, they have closed early or they shut off... their lights like they're closed and when you pull up to the drive-thru nobody says anything and then when you call they tellyou they close at 9: 00pm but then nobody will take your order when you pull into the drive-thru. Pretty sure they over cooked the chicken in my famous bowl to were you could break a tooth and it was so tough I had to spit... some of it out. Not much mashed potatoes and gravy but the right amount of corn. They need to find another window or open backup the lobby they had cars wrapped clear around the parking an into the main street.
