Medium rare and rare do not exist. Slow kitchen. Poor waitress worked her butt o while other staff didn't bother to help.
Great food at a decent price, there was a bit of a long wait to get our food, but maybe it was because I was so hungry.
We had reservations for a large group at 5pm. When we called the restaurant to let them know we were on our way they stated that... their servers were not in yet and that we would have to wait. Once we were told to come inside to be seated the lady at the doorkept telling us we were not being seated yet mean while the waiters were telling us to follow to be seated. Was standing there waiting to be sat at a table as the manager said hi to me then when I asked for table for 1 was rudely told... to wait for someone else to "be right with you". 2 more employees walked up and typed on the computer as I sat there waiting tobe served. After several minutes of waiting I decided to leave as this was horrendous customer service. Went to Pizza 1 Subs 2and had a fantastic experience with friendly staff and 0 wait times. Will not be going back to this 99 and they are my favoritechain restaurant. Read more
If you wanna grab a quick meal and leave this is ok. If you want to go out with your loved ones and have a great time, this is... not the place. The rice is horrible. They should serve a different kind of rice. Don?t order rice if you?re into really goodrice. The steak. Oh boy, you better off ordering chicken. The chicken is good. Customer service will depend on who is servingyou, wether they?re having a bad day or a good day. I?ve experienced very good customer service but I?ve also been verydisappointed. I ordered mushroom sirloin med rare its usually pretty good...Today not so much my steak was still raw and my asparagus was flat... literally I sent it back and it was returned looking exactly the same except this time the juices we all on the top of thesteak. It was obvious he had just put it in the microwave for a couple seconds. Needless to say the manager took it back asecond time.... I had a new steak put on the same plate with my now cold mushrooms and flat asparagus. Read more
