It seems like they have got their issues taken care of (afterwaaaaay too long), and I am pleased for a change. Edit: 10 May 2022 Alright, after eating at literally dozens of CFA?s allover the U.S., I have never ever had the repeating problem of a lack of fries. This location consistently leaves the boxlacking. I have been told ?they settled?, but when I see the employee place it in the package, turn, walk 5 steps and hand it tome, that?s a lame excuse. Unless she went through an obstacle course when I blinked, it wasn?t filled to begin with. I changedfrom a 5-Star to a 3-Star because of this frequent issue at this location. I understand wanting to save on food costs, and thatthe hundreds or thousands of fries you sell every day adds up to a lot of savings, but this is unacceptable. When I order aLarge fry, then I should receive a Large fry, not a large container half full. I addressed this and they gave me another order.I shouldn?t need to do this nearly every time I visit. I used to come to this restaurant a lot but after so many bad experiences I will never return again. They loved to short us on... our fries that we paid for and only filled the containers half full. It was always annoying to go on the app to try and get areplacement when they were messing up so frequently. The staff are usually unprofessional. One day I overheard some talkingabout selling feet pictures online, which is an odd choice of conversation when a customer is at the window. The last time Icame to this location they filled my fries up so little that I went inside after I pulled out of the drive thru and noticed. Iwent in and waited a couple minutes before anyone helped me. I had ordered my fries without salt and I asked for a replacementof my fries with no salt. The girl said okay but then the girl who was packing orders was mumbling things and rolling her eyesat what I said. I couldn't see her do this from my angle but my husband saw it through the window from my car. The whole staffwas acting sarcastic and extremely rude over some simple fires that they shouldn't have been stingy on in the first place. Thereare so many other Chick-fil-A's in the area so I will never be coming to this location again. Avoid this store at allcosts **Note: this was a picture of the fires before we even ate a single one. This is what they handed us from the drive thru.Ridiculous, trying to rip us off. Past few times I?ve been here it?s been awful. I used to love this location. They?re always forgetting items and I ordered a... Cobb salad tonight and it comes with a whole hard boiled egg but they only put a tiny white top part of the egg. So there?s justthe a teeny tiny piece of the very top of the egg in the salad and that?s it. Plus the salad looks old and gross. They literallyjust put a ton of really old lettuce in the box and barely any chicken on it, cheese, corn, or egg at all. They also didn?t giveus items we ordered. Yikes Read more
Normally I don't leave reviews, but I feel very compelled to rate my experience here at CFA. Especially with the management... team. ~ There were a bunch of high school basketball students who came in while my boyfriend and I were eating Friday night.One of the boys was bullying and making fun of the worker who was working the floor that night, and his friends all laughedabout it (If you have been to this location frequently, then you know who usually works the floor in the evening, and why thistype of behavior was especially disrespectful and mean). On my way out, I stopped by the cashier and told the manger on duty the scenario and she was very polite and said she'd take care of it. After I made my leave, I waited in the parking lot for afew minutes to see if she'd talk to them, and she did. I could tell that she also felt strongly against bullying( of any kind)and gave those boys a talking. Whoever who was managing on 10/29/22 during night shift, THANK YOU. We need more leaders likeyou in the workforce. Especially at places like the food business where lots of young kids work at. I appreciate you talking tothose kids; they needed to know that there behavior was unacceptable and inexcusable.
