I am finally DONE with this location. I used to order pickup for lunch somewhat regularly. I'd even try to order a little early... to beat the lunch rush. I'm tired of reporting directly to Chipotle and given another BOGO or some other reward. Here's asummary of issues. - Long period where mobile ordering wasn't an option - Placed a mobile order and waited well past the time -Placed mobile order only to arrive to a sign on the door with a group gathering outside all finding out as well that the storewas opening late. - Went to order in store once. I was fourth in line and it took almost 30 minutes to get through the line butthey were out of salad dressing and chips, of all things, the chips... - Finally placed an order through mobile ordering and hada normal experience and had hoped issues had been resolved. - Placed mobile order today and the order was ready on time and waswaiting on the shelf, still warm. I drove away before checking the bag. I had to turn around because while they did remember mysalsa, the chips were missing. I parked, walked back in, and the cashier explained they didn't have chips. I should have beentold with a note or something on the bag. When this was told to me, all I got was a sorry. I was not offered anything tocompensate for the cost of the missing item. I didn't want to escalate anymore, so I left frustrated. So, I am done giving thislocation any more chances. The Q'doba down the street doesn't exactly fulfill the Chipotle craving, but I always get greatservice. In addition, there is a Moe's Burritos opening across the street fairly soon. Two stars were given instead of onebecause I know the employees there are trying, but they are being let down by their management. Read more

Update Review Nov.4, 2022... I went to this location today to do an early dinner pickup. Ordered my usual chicken bowl with... chips. I get home and check it over and my chips are burnt. When I was there, I noticed there weren't any chips in the frontlike normal. They cheat you out of food when ordering through Doordash, Grubhub, etc. And when you go in, the quality is poorand the work station was messy. I'm good on this particular location. I ordered through Doordash and If I could includepictures of the food, I would. I ordered a large order of chips with my guacamole and received a small bag of chips. And myother issue is with the burrito bowl, it barely had rice and chicken in it. Chipotle covered it up with cheese to hide theminimal amount of food I was given. I'm totally disappointed with what I ordered tonight and will be contacting a manager. Btw,I placed my order at 3:30 for it to be delivered by 5:30. I'm not sure how the people who work here suffer it. The location is constantly closed until 11:30 AM due to 'staffing... concerns', but today it had a posting on the door indicating that it would be closed until 2:00 PM. They are constantlyunderstaffed, and either don't have a secondary station for online orders, or are just unable to use it due to there not beingenough staff. Management is really letting their workers down, and I can only hope they are compensated well for being put inthe terrible position that they are. You're better off going to another location until the location is managed properly. Read more

Order your food from another location. The one on Miamisburg-Centerville road isn?t hit or miss, it?s always a miss. Incompetent... workers standing around while 20+ people are waiting on food. Consistently out of ingredients. Not sure if it?s management orthe employees but I recommend the Austin Landing location. Read more

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to...They ALWAYS screw up the order when ordering online. How hard is it to follow written... directions of what I want in my order? Its 7 things and they can't manage to make it right. I am missing the sour cream andlettuce but they put tomato salsa and that hot green salsa. I don't like spicy and this is spicy as hell. It's a lunch break, Idon't have time to go back to the restaurant to have it fixed. Yay for having to order an entirely new meal for delivery andspend more money. Read more

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to and it is not even close. Sign on the door saying online only. Online it says online orders... unavailable. Every time I have made an order here it took a minimum 45 minutes past the order completion time estimation. 45minutes of waiting. Minimum. The last 3 times I waited 45 minutes I cancelled my order and walked out. Thought I would give themanother shot after the last couple months and now I can't even order. Fantastic business model. Love Chipotle but this locationshould be shuttered. Read more

I applaud the workers at this location. Line was stretched and the Location did have chips as apparently most of the Chipotle in... Dayton Ohio did not. They kept their heads down and smiled and worked through the line. Read more

Absolutely disappointed. We got home from picking up our order to an actual avocado shoved into a cup as guacamole. Like 10... chips in a bag. Entire onions and fajita veggies uncooked in our burritos. What on earth are you guys even doing. Oh and thechips were stale Read more
