Every experience has been perfect! Whether we use drive thru or inside and regardless of the line, we're enjoying our favorite... treat in less than 10 minutes. I would NOT revisit. ???? I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was ? slimy, and grey. Looked and tasted uncooked... and just overall suspicious. Threw it away. Blizzard was not made correctly either. Just overall disappointed and out $20.Thanks. Read more
Never had a problem here before I go decently often but last night I ordered 3 blizzards around 9pm and about 1/4 the way down... the one I was eating there was a short black hair. Pretty grossed out we threw the rest away. Read more

Horrible service and overcharged me! I asked for a pup cup...a simple squirt of whipped cream in a tiny cup for my dog...the... gentleman didn't tell me he was going to charge me (neither Starbucks nor Graeter's charge for this) and then he proceeded tocharge me $1.99 for a kids cup soft serve! DO NOT ORDER CAKES ONLINE. I genuinely appreciate this Dairy Queen. They saved my butt this weekend. I ordered a cake for my... husband?s birthday to pick up at this location on Saturday. I got an email confirmation with an order number and pick up time. I went to this Dairy Queen to pick up the cake, but they didn?t have the order. They checked around, but couldn?t find anyrecord of the order. They had the same flavor of cake in the freezer and they offered to personalize it for us. I cannot thankthese guys enough. The problem was totally not their fault, but they solved the problem. I?m very appreciative of their help,but next time I?ll order an ice cream cake in person. Read more
Portion size is terrible for paying over $4 for a brownie treat...why even bother with a lid? My husband's small cookies (?) &... cream blizzard had so few cookies in it - it looked like vanilla ice cream - he asked for a few more crumbled cookies on top andthe Owner/Manager made him pay for it! The Owner/Manager hovered over all his employees afraid they would give a customer aregular size portion - NEVER going back. Read more
