These guys were close to 2 hour delivery times before the pandemic. Always had a problem getting food here. And these days... you'll sit on hold for 5 min. Literally 5 min to leave a order. Pivkup at times is a hour. They should close this store downand if Noone wants to work there. Read more
Can't say enough as to how they treated us when the order was wrong.. We where coming back from Cincy (Surgery) when we placed... the order by phone. They told us it would be 45mins and when we arrived they couldn't find the order. They promised to makeanother one right away. During that time we called home and found out that a Pizza arrived at home. Now the order was placed onthe ice & snow storm day (Feb 3). The guy who delivered the Pizza and the family (owned) did a great job. I hope that thedelivery man thaws out soon. P. S. The pizza was also great. Thanks again. Read more
Let me start by saying Donatos is probably one of my favorite pizzas of all time. BUT this location is a disgrace to the entire... organization. This place should be completely revamped. Whoever owns this specific location should be banned from ever owning aDonatos better yet any restaurant business period. I really hope the corporate gets this message and finally takes actiontowards this place so the people of this area can go back to enjoying Donatos the correct way. Read more
What can I say, great pizza, great pizza with toppings edge to edge every time. They really clean and maintain their store at... this location and it's great for eating in, carrying out, going through the drive-thru or having it delivered by one of theirfast and friendly drivers. Anytime I've had an issue with my order they've been able to correct it immediately and send me awayas a happy customer so this is a location I really recommend anybody to check out anytime they're in the area and are lookingfor a great thin crust pizza. This location is absolutely worthless. I love donatos pizza but will never order it again if it comes from this location. We... ordered pizza on a Friday night so we knew it would be busy. However, they were an 30 minutes late on the time they said theywould deliver. And then said they had already delivered it which was false. So, I call the location to find out where our pizzawas. I was on hold for 20 minutes after the person who answered the phone, got an attitude with me with a refund and places meon hold. So I decided to drive up there and confront them face to face. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before I was evenacknowledged. Then the assistant manager gave me attitude for wanting to refund the order. She made it seem like it was no bigdeal that they were an hour, by then, out of their time frame for delivering our pizza then I asked for a receipt to show thatmy order had been refunded. She was unable to provide such a receipt. This isn't the first time I've had issues with thislocation, but I like the pizza so I was willing to forgive and forget. Not any longer. I?m not sure why anyone would think it acceptable to put a pizza that looked like it caught on fire into a box for a customer. I... have been trying to reward my employees for their hard work with food that is individually packaged. Sometimes I get shorted apizza, sometimes what I get looks like this. Pizza we ordered seemed a little under portioned on toppings compared to pictures on menu, but tasted decent. The reason for the... 2-star rating is because of how under portioned the chicken was on the sandwich we ordered. The sandwich only had six supersmall pieces of chicken on it, three pieces on each half. We brought it to the attention of the staff, which we were told itindeed was under portioned. They "remade" the sandwich, but was still a complete disappointment. This was our first visit toDonato's and will be our last.
