I?ve come to this Dunkin? location for a very long time because of the service and courtesy of the staff, but lately that has... changed, as I?ve noticed longer wait times at this location and rudeness. And while I understand the extreme busyness of allbusinesses, the employees should not be reprimanding customers for questioning their orders and wait times. I recentlyexperienced waiting at the drive thru intercom for about 10mins and since the line was getting longer I decided to pull up tothe window in case there was an issue with the intercom. I was scolded for doing so because apparently they?re very busy, andyet no one was inside the store and there were about 6 employees standing around. Also at this time no one could go insidereally because the parking lot was sectioned off for construction. My drink was made on the fly and I appreciate that, butcustomers should not be treated so unkindly. I believe most people are busy and sometimes the afternoon pick me up comes fromDunkin? at your location, and kindness should always be remembered because your customers are just trying to get through the daylike your employees. I love this Dunkin Donuts so, so much. The staff here are kind, quick and friendly. This is a favorite of mine. This one and the... one on Farhills are my favorite coffee places now. They make the best cold brews too. It?s so good! I also always get the tomatopesto grilled cheese from here. It?s probably one of my all time favorite sandwiches, so thanks Dunkin for making it. My husband goes and picks up coffee, hot chocolate and donuts once a week when he gets out of work at 7am but today wasn't a... good day. We were sitting down eating and I took a sip of my hot chocolate and looked at my husband and said he could haveit. We were given 2 coffees from 2 different orders. I tried calling them numerous times but got no answer and it actuallydisconnects you because it times out if no one answers. If this is the way they are doing business, I will start to goelsewhere. It has happened before but I have never had this much trouble contacting them. I will say the donuts were asdelicious as ever, just wish I had my drink with it. Read more
Placed simple order. After 10 minutes went to counter to ask about my order. They had just served the guy 2 customers behind me... his order which was similar to mine. They had lost/forgotten my order. The people waiting on me offered no apology orexplanation - they just looked at me like I was an inconvenience to them. Ask to speak to manager - she offered an apology butno explanation. As a customer all they had to say was ?we lost your order and we are so sorry. We?ll get it out to you as soonpossible?. But instead I got looks that said ?go away old man you are a bother to us?. Last time I will visit that store. Read more
The lady who served me was wonderful, the rest of the staff seemed to be occupied talking and on their phones. I was the only... person ordering in the store, ordered a soda, hash browns and a sausage egg and cheese English muffin , after 15 minutes Ireminded them I had ordered it!!!!! And got it a few minutes later. I wasn't in a hurry but it wasn't very good customer serviceat all. Read more
Always love coming here. Employees are usually super nice and helpful. Went through the drive thru the morning of the 16th and... they were extremely busy yet were amazingly kind to us even with our larger order. I know how difficult it can be to remainpositive during rushes and they were absolutely amazing. I love Dunkin? this is no exception. The iced coffee is great, and on Tuesdays you can add a shot of espresso for under $1. I?m... not sure why anyone would want to pass on that deal ???? Read more
I used to LOVE this Dunkin and go there sometimes several times a week- but lately when I go in I keep seeing a DOG at the... TABLE. Absolutely DISgusting. Not a service dog- just a pet, that BARKs at people as they order. And the staff has NO problemwith it. This location has lost me as a customer. Read more
