I love this location! Food and coffee is always great. I order delivery from them pretty often, and in the rare chance something... goes wrong out of their control they'll do what they can to make it right. This morning my order was delayed, and I got a secondfree iced coffee for the wait. (And judging by the ticket numbers it looks like they were just having a high volume of ordersbetween each coffee). Last time they were out of assorted Munchkins, they gave me a single flavor of fresh Munchkins and wrote anote apologizing. I?ve never had trouble with the staff here as I see with some of the reviews maybe just lucky! I will say they are consistently... good with my iced black coffee but that?s pretty hard to mess up. I ordered a pumpkin signature latte today through the drive-through because they had a sign posted for $3. After I gave the... girl my card, she tells me about the total was 4.49. I told her that I saw a sign up stating the drink was $3, and sheresponded that the sale ended yesterday. I told her that the sign was Stella and she shrugged her shoulders and gave me back mycard. There was a girl working the drive thru today around 6:00 pm that was so incredibly rude it made me feel like suing. She made me... so uncomfortable and made the simple process of ordering some donuts awkward. Genuinely hope she gets fired or I won?t bereturning to this location again Read more
Big Dunkin fan, frequent several locations - but this one is the best. I know when I order here it's going to be made correctly... and with care (no mess on the side of my cup, or lid unsecured). And the staff is super friendly. It's always a pleasure to goto this Dunkin. Read more
Tried to upload short video so you could really appreciate my review but a photo will have to do. Service was fine, coffee was... tasty however you go to dunk in? doughnuts for doughnuts which were disappointing. The Bavarian cream was bone dry with zerofilling. When I say dry I mean, extraordinarily dry- need something to wash it down dry plus no filling was ever in it - ever.It?s easier finding Waldo than the filling. ?? Read more
The young man that took my order was extremely friendly and very professional. I had to wait a little longer for fresh green tea... but he was sure to get the rest of my order to me while I waited. I went inside the store. The restrooms were clean and it wasduring a busy lunch time. One employee was scrolling on her phone while it seemed he did all the work. He asked her nicely forhelp with the customers. All in all, highly recommend. Read more
This store is more expensive than other stores 30 cents in each item. They raised their prices 3 times in one month!
