Good jimmy John?s location, meal was as ordered
Haven't been to JJ's in a while because my order gets read wrong half the time, but I had a long trip ahead so a big sub sounded... good. BLT with pickles, when I asked if there were pickles on it just to double check, I was ensured it was made exactly how theorder was. Well, I made it to Kentucky and they forget the lettuce on a bacon lettuce tomato sandwich lol... THE IRONY. Anyway,it was really salty without the lettuce. Way to lettuce down again. Read more
I dislike that I?m even giving them this low rating but the sandwich I received earlier is unacceptable. I ordered a regular... turkey tom and it totaled over $7. I get home to sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on it because it be lacking a bit of flavorand I see discolored turkey that smells with black and brown spots. That turkey is rotten and expired and I was served this as apaying customer. I wasn?t rude I even had small talk with the employee at the window. I won?t be returning. Read more
This location is my "go-to" for sandwiches on multiple occasions throughout the year during soccer season. For about 99% of the... time the staff and food is "spot-on". However, on 01 May 2022 within the time frame of 2:00-3:00 pm, I was there to order threesandwiches. The staff were friendly and did their job - however I did take note of two young workers sitting on the drive-thruwindow "perch" as other worked - one young man was also vaping. I chalk it up to "kids being kids" and I will be back sinceit was a one time deal. However, the owner may want to let his staff know that there is a time and place for "kickin' back" andthat vaping does not belong within the work station. I had to repeat my order 4 times because the girl that took it kept messing up and having me repeat everything numerous times. I... asked for extra avocado spread four times and she still didn?t put it on the order. Once I received my food I noticed I wascharged for extra cheese on one sandwich and I didn?t ask for that and my veggie sub was basically a ton of shredded lettucewith two cucumbers and the hot peppers bunches together in the middle. I normally have no issue, but today was awful. I wentthrough the drive thru so I couldn?t see the food till I got home. Read more
Seriously. How can you NOT love Jimmy John's? This particular one always knocks it out of the ballpark. They have never messed... up a single order that we have been a part of. The only part that IS disappointing, is that we do not live in their deliverybubble. Maybe I should fire up a Jimmy John's store in Kettering! Read more
Super awesome that there is a drive thru and honestly the quickest food I have ever received. I order a beach club with a bag of... chips and it never disappoints. This location had a very nice gentleman taking orders and working in the drive thru! Read more
I have long loved Jimmy John?s since my college years. The bread and subs are amazing and this location holds up to their brand.... Recently I have made some changes to my diet and gave the lettuce wrapped unwhich a try and admittedly I miss their signaturebread, but it was no compromise in quality and was a new way for me to enjoy my favorite subs!
