Terrible service! I ordered the 5 for $6.00 pretzels. The girl that bagged the pretzels threw them on the counter at me. The... other girl present, that took my money and I exchanged a look in shock wondering what was her problem!? It was a completelyunprovoked act to display to a me as a customer! Terrible service! This is by far my favorite pretzel place. These pretzels are so much better than Auntie Anne?s! They?re less greasy and cheaper!... Not to mention, they have a great variety of dipping sauces like honey mustard, BBQ, etc. My family loves them as well! Read more
We decided to try for the first time to see if we wanted to order a party tray for the Superbowl. Ordered delivery through... doordash and get a few things to sample. 1- Philly pretzel balls, missing cheese they charged extra for, but they were tasty. 2-completely missing one cinnamon shaker, ordered 2, the one was obviously old, sides were stale and hard. 3- order two pretzeldogs with cheese, again that I was charged extra for and did not get, these were the biggest disappointment. Great place for good pretzels! Staff are always friendly when we visit. They have a good selection of menu items and a variety... of sauces. The rivet trays are a great addition to parties. This location is very convenient and you can usually get in and outquickly. Read more
