Made my smoothie wrong twice, the first time accidentally including peanut butter (luckily I'm not allergic), the second time... not honoring my substitution nor the half sugar. First of all before I start things off is the I ordered Blimey Limey. Now the first thing I was disappointed about was I ordered... on the mobile app and selected my smoothie to be picked up at 3:45pm. Then when I got in there, nobody even asked me what myorder was for 7 minutes. Then when she asked me for my order number to pick it up 10 minutes later, she was really nasty aboutit. I went there for lunch and ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich. By the time I got back to work to eat I noticed the bread is... covered in mold! This is absolutely disgusting and it's inexcusable that this was not noticed while preparing the food. Read more
My girlfriend went to pick us up a couple smoothies and salads, asked the employee if a item was gluten free and was told ?all... are salads are gluten free? so she purchased a Thai salad. I have celiac horribly and after taking a few bites I found somecrunchy wontons at the bottom. After calling and talking to the manager, she acted like it?s my fault for not going though theingredients list. ?..We really might be better off with automated food service! Read more
Got a quesadilla and i don?t know if they didn?t have the right packages but they literally just balled it up and threw it in... here. Haha I didn?t think this would be that hard but I guess so, at least I ordered multiple things. Young kid at the deskdidn?t say a word walking in and just handed food. Yikes. Was in a rush to pick something up and run home to eat before work, I get home to find this sandwich made with disgusting moldy... bread. Multiple other reviews shows people finding mold in their food, DO NOT EAT HERE! Inexcusable to happen once let alonemultiple times, this is sad, unhealthy, lazy, and your location should be shut down. Someone made this entire sandwich withoutrealizing! Pitiful.
