The smoothie makers could be better. Ordered blimey limey. Was Watching her make it and she had to stop in the middle. She... did not put the pineapple in it. Ask and she said yes she did. Fine. Then she added so much water that during blending shehad to add more ice. Ice and water dilute the smoothie so with no pineapple and diluted it was pretty much flavorless. IfI'm going to spend 10$ on a smoothie it would be nice for it to be made correctly. Read more

Excellent customer service and great food. There was a miscommunication with my order and the manager Cindy cheerfully made it... right. I like the way they treat there customers. There is an upbeat friendly vibe every time I step in the door. Highlyrecommended this Tropical Smoothie location. Read more

The manager, Cindy or Sydney I can?t remember she is the right person in the right place. Such an excellent customer service.... She leaves her spot and come talk to the customer making sure everything?s OK. Very smart and intelligent. She knows how to dealwith different culture people, she should be more than one location manager such a great heart, I came with my sister who isvisiting from New York She was impressed by the excellent customer service in the small shop. She even ask Cindy if she cancome and manage her restaurant in New York. Please recognize this lady such a warm heart. We need more people like her in thiscountry. I ordered through the app to get a meal, and they delivered almost none of the order. Understandably, I called and requested a... refund. They keep on saying that they'll give it to me but they never do, I've called them four times now. Now I have to disputeit with the credit card company. Update: the assistant manager, Cindy, threatened to make up some things about me, was veryrude on the phone and gave false reviews for the business that employs me even though she's never stepped foot inside. I ordered a triple berry oat with peanut butter and was shocked that I was paying nearly 8$ (7.98) when the tropical smoothie I... normally go to (not even 30 minutes away) is 5.98. Why am i paying 2$ more for this location? Also, the peanut butter I payedextra for wasn?t even in the smoothie (and if it was, there wasn?t enough because the color wasn?t the same and I didn?t tasteit at all. The customer service was nice as the cashier was kind and whoever answered the phone was helpful. the smoothie justwasn?t good and isn?t what I paid for (especially since it?s more for this location). Food is usually pretty good but the take a very long time completing orders. I placed an online order at 1:40 and it said it... would be done at 2:05. It?s 2:24 and Its still not done. I understand it is the summer and it is very busy, but it?s kind ofunfortunate when they set a done time, and they don?t uphold to that time within almost 20 minutes. Read more

This was a great place until recently. I hate to post anything negative, but I was treated so poorly that it needs to be out... there. The HIGHLIGHTS: My coupon (from the bottom of a previous receipt) was not accepted, even though they?ve been acceptingthe same kind of coupon for YEARS (no expiration printed on it); the owner accused me of not giving the coupon to the cashiereach time (when even she herself has rang me out and watched me hand her the coupon); she also accused me of bringing a couponfrom somewhere else (?This could be from Shell for all I know!?); the owner, who treated me like I was part of the familybefore, suddenly treated me like I didn?t matter and she did not care. I got the ?F?- OFF!? look from her. I?m a very bright andfriendly person. This was uncalled for. The story: I?ve used coupons that print at the bottom of the receipt, always gave themto the cashier. They do not have an expiration date printed on them or anywhere on the receipt. They do not say they need to beattached to the rest of the receipt or used within a certain timeframe. However, these are reasons the owner said she would notaccept my coupon. ?We won?t be accepting this,? she said. No kindness in her voice. She accused me of bringing the same couponwith me and never giving it to the cashier, as well as using a coupon from the nearby Shell station. Which is random because Idon?t go there. Prior to this, she was kind, sometimes warm. I understand owning a business and I understand working longhours, so I appreciated her acting in the past like she would take care of her good customers. I came at least twice a week. Ispent close to $40/week at her store. It takes a lot to upset me, but now im done. Just want this to be out there so hopefullyshe will treat people better.
