Arby?s food is pretty good?just as good as any other fast food place. What sets apart fast food is customer service. I had... submitted an order online and went to go into the store and retrieve it but their lobby was still closed from when Covid hit twoyears ago. So I had to get in the drive thru lane and the car in front of me ordered 40 sliders. Ug! The whole whole my orderwas just sitting their growing cold but I had no way to get it. Finally getting to the window, the mgr apologized, but didnothing to make up for the wait (free shake or something?) To top it off, there was no Arby?s sauce included in our bag. SorryArby?s. Worst drive thru experience ever. I had an order that was supposed to be ready at 3:24 PM today and I didn?t get it until 30... minutes later. No apology for the wait or anything. They also forgot our BBQ and Ranch sauces. Absolutely ridiculous service.Not to mention there were only two cars in front of me. Read more
I ordered online and was told it be ready at a certain time. When I get there the lobby is closed and I have to wait behind... about 9-10 cars which took about 25 minutes. Not the end of the world, but very frustrating when you try to plan things out. Food was great and the employees were friendly. Read more
