Do they not open at 5:30 during the week anymore? With gas and all other prices going up I can't bring myself to buy coffee very... often, but today I really needed it. I waited in line for forever and when I got up to the window I literally sat there for seven minutes before anyone acknowledged... that I was sitting there. When I was finally acknowledged. They were rude, very rude. So my five minute coffee stop took 17minutes. They also didn?t offer whipped cream for my frappe. :/ Read more
I love this place!! My favorite go-to's are the Mr. B's freeze and Avocado Toast, and I can even get a pupaccino for my Dog!!... The staff is always so friendly and the service is fast! Read more
I've tried to order from this place twice now. The first time they claimed their oven was broken and I wasn't able to get any of... the food that I ordered. So basically I tipped someone very nicely for delivering coffee. The second time it took them over 30minutes to prepare the food. When the food arrived it was not even cooked and the coffee was ice cold. My grilled cheesesandwich came with two ungrilled slices of bread and cheese in the middle. Basically they trying to charge me for having toprepare food myself. Avoid this place because they do not care about quality or their customer's experience. Read more
So bummed. Always been a beans and brews fan. I hardly ever treat myself to coffee out because it?s so expensive. I finally... decided to today and wish I hadn?t. The coffee is good because well it?s B&B the customer service here well? that?s what deserves the 2 stars. I walked into this... b&b and the employees didn?t even say good morning or even a hello. The two employees that weren?t new seemed like it was aninconvenience that the new employee was asking them questions. It seems like they need a good manager to help train theiremployees instead of feeding them to the wolves. I mean the girl literally asked them a question and they ignored her?. Staff is friendly. Coffee is mediocre and always overly sweet. Tried their chai today and asked for an added shot of espresso.... Got an Oregon chai with no espresso. In the girls defense, she gave me the option of their house chai , but she said it?ssweeter than what people are used to, so I opted for the second option. Just bummed I didn?t get my espresso shot and paid $7for something I have at home. This is the 5th time I?ve gone. All 5 times my order is wrong and lacks all around.
