Sorry! This location has really gone down hill. Picked up lunch as take out, ordered online. Got home and realized they... royally messed up our order. Added things on the burger that we asked them not to put on, and didn't put other things on that werequested. No dressing for the salad, and no tortilla strips to go with the chicken enchilada soup. How difficult is it to getan online order correct, when you have the instructions in writing right in front of you? Still love their chips and salsa. Read more
We went to Chili?s for a fun dinner. We ordered a couple of margaritas, and an appetizer, as well as our entrees. More than 10... minutes after ordering, our skillet queso hadn?t come out yet, but chips/salsa and drinks had. We asked our server just to makesure everything was good, and he said he?d go check on it. He immediately brought it out and said that ?the food runner musthave missed it?. Whatever, we shrug it off, drink our drinks and start eating the app and everything was good. After being therefor more than 40 minutes, our server came over to us and said there had been an issue with the system so our food didn?t sendthrough. He apologized and said he?d resend everything. My sister ordered a new drink at this time but asked him to bring it outaround the time of the food, to which he agreed. Over an hour total has passed, and we still don?t have our hot food. Our serverbrought my sisters drink out but we had no news on the food. A few minutes after this point, he was coming out of the kitchen,saw our empty table, and his eyes widened before he dipped back into the kitchen. For the next 10 minutes he avoided our table,at one point even ignoring us while walking past when our friend was trying to wave him over. Eventually, our friend went andasked for a manager. After this the food came out, but we had decided we were going to leave and just wanted to pay for thedrinks / we didn?t want the food anymore. The manager finally came to the table, and he said he?d comp the food (that we sentback, anyway??), but that he wouldn?t comp the app / anything else really. Our friend also said that my sister hadn?t drank herdrink / wanted to send it back and have it comped off because 1) she hadn?t drank it, and 2) she had wanted it with food, andsince we were no longer purchasing, she didn?t want to pay for something she hadn?t drank. Ordered take out. No seasoning on anything. Steaks were raw and cold... not medium rare. The pasta was cold and stiff and barely... had any sauce on it. Ordered steaks that were supposed to come with mashed potatoes as stated on the menu but neither hadpotatoes and potatoes were not a choice for a side dish because they were supposed to be included already. Bread was cold andsoggy. Even the fried pickles were soggy and cold. Very disappointing for a first time visitor. Don't think I'll be back anytimesoon. Read more
I took my wife and daughter out to eat here, there was a 10 minute wait but wasn't bad. All of the waitresses were very nice... and helpful, they kept our water filled and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great. Read more
Our server Karen was outstanding! We came with 2 little kids and she never left them wanting anything, which is huge. I?m their... mom and I can barley do that ????. She was kind and quick. The food was great. I?ve noticed a huge decline in quality of foodlately. Prices are going up and food is getting worse. I was very happy with my food and so was my family. I can't seem to get an order from this location that doesn't get messed up somehow. Take out/to-go orders of their White Spinach... Queso dip and salsa are always half full. My online pickup order last night only had one of the two flavors of boneless wings, Ididn't get any of the ancho-chili ranch that is supposed to be served with the crispy cheddar bites, and you can see how littlewhite spinach queso dip I got (this is not $9 worth of dip). We went on Mother's Day around 430pm. Service was fantastic-quick greetings, quickly seated, the waiter was kind and fast to... take any drink orders. He allowed us to take all the time we needed to look over the menus, since they're currently online only.We placed our two kid's meal orders with our appetizers, then placed our food order. All came out perfectly fresh and wellseasoned. If you like ALL the meat options THE BOSS burger is what you should try. Chili's is so good hahaha. I tend to sit at bars in most restaurants because you basically get personalized service, as i did at... this location. Either way the food was great, the rolls were cooked perfectly and the newer fried mozzarella dish wasdelicious!! I'll go back to this location for sure. Read more
