I really enjoy this place. The sandwiches are fresh and yummy, the cookies are delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly. I also... like how there isn?t any loud music in the background (which makes it much easier to carry on a conversation). My only two quipsabout Cutlers is the amount of meat they add to their sandwiches (could be more in my opinion) and the fact they serve Pepsiproducts (I?m a Coke guy). Other than that, great place. The old man who took my order was not equipped to do his job. Ruined my experience because of his lack of customer service. Not... to mention that the sandwiches were very below average. Cookies were just average. Also filthy bathrooms. Overall, wayoverpriced for a mediocre meal and a less than decent experience. Will not be going back. Read more
The environment was nice with cool light fixtures and live plants. Service was excellent and the food was good, too. The bread... with the strawberry custard butter was delicious. Read more
The deluxe vegetarian sandwich on sourdough or marbled rye is amazing. I don't think I have ever been disappointed with this... sandwich, they always have the perfectly ripe avocados which is kind of hard to find especially out of season. Yummy soup andcookies too! Read more

The staff is always very patient and welcoming! It feels like walking into your own personal sandwich shop. The kids meals are... well sized for preteen and younger. It is clean, comfortable. We drive away from our local sandwich shops to this this one forthe food, service, and uncontested friendly atmosphere. Read more
Good cookies for sure. I do wish they would cook the cookies more - I know a lot of people like the slightly underdone softness,... I don't. For cookies, this is a solid number 2 behind Parson's. They do sell some miscellaneous drinks and sandwiches, but it isseems to be more of an afterthought. BONUS: you can buy their frozen dough for fundraisers. Read more
