The food at all McDonalds establishments is the same?and everyone knows what to expect. Their shake machines go down way too... often and I wish they?d take a page from Chick-Filet?s playbook when it comes to using reward points. At CF, you can use as manyas you want at anytime and even combine them with deals. At McDonald?s though, you can use your points for ONE thing or use adaily deal. But not both. Why? If they are our points, we should be able to use them all at once or little by little, right? Read more

Staff were polite and apologized when they asked me to pull up and wait for my order. (Every time I go I've had to pull up and... wait.) Burger in box upside down but was all there. Food was mostly warm. Read more
I drove thru the drive up. No other vehicles in line at 6:00 PM. Drove home and opened the sack. I had ordered a Big Mac meal.... There was no meat on the burger. How do you make a Big Mac and not put any meat on it. I called the manager and he said hewould give me a free Big Mac the next time I came in. I took the bun back to the store and handed it to one of the help. Hesaid he would fix it and looked as though he was going to just put some meat on it. I told him to keep it and walked out. Worst service and experience ever at a McDonalds. I will never go back. Read more
The music is too loud! I brought my kids here, to play somewhere warm for the winter. We asked if they could turn the music... down. They said, "no, it's the owners decision." We can barely hear each other. This place is terrible. They don't eventrust their employees to change the music volume!? Ear plugs don't work for kids. We probably won't come back.
