I placed an order in the subway app and it wouldn't allow me to modify anything so I called the store and talked to the old... woman than works there and explained exactly how I wanted it made. I even put how I wanted it made in the comments section inthe app. Have been going to this subway for almost two years and this woman is ALWAYS rude to us. They have fired or gotten ridof all the kind employees. Not only was my order wrong when I checked it on the way home, when I went inside and explained theproblem, the lady argued with me and told me I was wrong. She told me that she wasn't wasting the bread and I would have to putmy own sauce on it.I SPECIFICALLY asked in the app AND on the phone for my sub's NOT TO BE TOASTED. she argued with me and wasgoing to refuse to fix my order until I SHOWED HER ON THE RECEIPT WHERE IT SAID NOT TOASTED. after she saw that, she turnedaround in a huff like she was mad that she had to fix the mistake that SHE MADE. The staff need to wear hairnets one of the ladies hair was all down in her face which could fall in the food when preparing the... subs this was very unsanitary. Also the staff is never friendly poor customer service Read more

Ordered 2 footlongs through the drive thru. Both orders wrong meat, veg's and condiments. Some things missing and some things... not ordered were added. Bread was so soggy we raked it off with our fingers like a pudding. The remaining bread was tough andhard to bite and chew. The lettuce, which did not order, smelled old and made the sandwich smell even after scraping what Icould off. One meat out of three was correct and threw the other half away. The plus was that the employee taking the order andmoney at the window was very courteous and clearly had our orders down right. Read more

Food is always fresh and tasty. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate with when ordering.

Bruh, got ingredients spilled over into the wrong bins, staff going at snail's pace, and I asked for guacamole but had to stop... them when I saw how brown it got. Like I've worked food in retail before, so I get things not being perfect, but come on y'all.Please do a little better. Read more

If I could give a zero, I would. Or possibly even a negative rating. Please tell me what the problem is with this location. We... periodically swing through the drive thru after visiting Walmart often times just for a drink or drink and chips before headinghome and EVERY SINGLE TIME you pull to the drive through they aren't ready to help, even if you can clearly see that no one isinside. This time as soon as we pulled up a rude tone said 'its gonna be a minute', the time before we had to beep because theemployee didn't have the headset on even though there was no one inside, and the time before that they said well be right withyou and 5 minutes later said what can we get you with no apology or acknowledgement for the wait. Then when we told them all wewanted was a sweet tea they said it'll be a few minutes.... seriously? I know it's hard to find decent help these days but thisis ridiculous. Read more
