Friendly people. It was fun. They have a shuttle bus. It takes you throughout the town's casinos. Historic. A little spooky.... There is also a mine tour. At the edge of town. We had a very nice experience. Read more
Hotel: 5-stars ... Huge room, super clean, comfortable and quiet. Only a couple small complaints, 1. Shower nozzle sprayed water... all over ceiling and drenched the bathroom floor. Had to hand tighten it to stop spraying somewhat. 2. Bathroom floor was prettyclean, but I would guess it had not been mopped recently because the really white towel with which I had to wipe up the water,ended up having brown on it, like coffee was spilled at some point. Love the shampoo, conditioner and soap products. Mid CityGrill: 3-stars for trying ... don't order the calamari, they are out of it. Don't order the Rattlesnake eggs, they are out ofthem. They have dinner rolls, but hopefully you don't want more, they don't come back with them. But hey, they have microwavedchicken fried steak Hungry Man dinners and they aren't too bad, especially when you are exhausted and don't have the energy tofind another restaurant after a 20 minute wait. A quaint little town. Something that time forgot. With the casino in the middle of it. Interesting stop.
We love staying here! This time we were in their very cozy and lovely Suite, it was very spacious with a fire place, and jacuzzi... tub!! We love playing here!! Very friendly and tentative staff! Especially Cindie and Liz, we love them! We do win sometimes!!Smaller hotel, the Rooms are clean and comfortable always! The food downstairs is fantastic both at the grill and therestaurant! This is an AMAZING establishment! They treat you like family in all aspects. The blackjack tables are friendly and fair. The... rooms are spacious and elegant. We spent the first night of our Honeymoon here and are so GLAD we did. We will be back and willsing their praises to all who will listen. A Must do on your Colorado trip! Read more
Service was great. Slots were paying!!! We had a lot of fun and we did not lose all our money. Food you asked? I dont know as... the restaurant closes 9pm. We missed it. The snack bar is to be use Only if you are very, very, hungry. Overall it was a greatnight of fun. Read more

We had another great evening at the Century last night. I think the best part is the friendly staff. Specifically, you can tell... the dealers at the table games love their jobs. We have seen some of the same dealers for many years. They have personalitywhere even if the cards aren't going your way, you still enjoy being there. When the cards are going your way, you enjoy tippingthe dealers because you can tell they appreciate it and they do depend on it. The hotel room was great. It was spacious,comfortable, clean and everything worked without issue (lights, fridge, shower etc...). We love the Retro Deli. They can get aquick snack or a meal together and we can't believe how good it it tastes for grab and go food. Okay, forget grab-n-go, thegrilled chicken wraps are awesome. I have read some reviews about issues with staff, the rooms, and menu items not available. Iwould guess these issues were valid, but I would also guess these were isolated incidences based off of our many visits. Anytimewe go somewhere else, we are quick to head back to the century.
