McDonald's food is no longer affordable or desirable. I remember when McDonald's was a friendly restaurant with real and good... food. Food is terrible Quality. I no longer eat at McDonald's. I loved it years ago when the food was good but now it's anawful place to eat. I recommend Wendy's or Arby's much better food and much better service. Read more
Went for a cold drink I ask for extra Ice two times get to the window even told the boy it's suppose to have extra ice the... little fool argues with me says it does. No it doesn't. They need too teach the children working there some manners and to getcustomers orders right. Read more
Ask for 2 senior coffees drive thru. Ask if coffee was fresh, no reply, paid at window, again Ask for fresh coffee, now at... another window, watching the employee drain the supply of coffee into 2 cups, handing them to me thru the window, opened the toptook my first sip, it's cold and old, Ask the employee to give me fresh as was asked for 2 times, she replied it will take awhile, I told her to let it brew and finish the cycle, otherwise the coffee will be strong, I pulled around to wait, she broughtthe two cups out to me and took a sip of it , strong , hot but bitter it so strong, again , I said this is again wrong , theycan't understand instructions nor training. One person in restroom at a time, rude employees who act like if you're ordering, you should know what to say as soon as you... walk up. Food was nice and hot but chicken was hard to eat because eof texture. Just driving through but I wouldn't stop againif it was the last place available to eat. I just want to say that this location has a lot of young people, maybe their 1st jobs, in the evenings. That being said, I have... ALWAYS received service with a smile, ALWAYS received a thank you along with a wish to have a great day and come back. And whenI say ALWAYS, it comes even after I have witnessed people (who should know better) yell at, even cuss at, these kids who aretrying to hand out fast service! Yes, mistakes happen. This is fast food and HUMANS work here, and they will make mistakes. Ihave never had a problem that wasn't fixed if I treated all involved with respect. I also want to commend the managers foralways treating their teams in a respectful manner! Great job! Read more
Ordered 2 bundles & 1 large fry cook to order. All of the food was extremely cold!! I went back through and got the order... remade. When they brought the order out, the large fry was missing and the food was STILL cold. Went back through to tell themthe fry was missing and the manager claimed that it wasn't in there. Then when I asked for a refund they refused to give mymoney back since they remade the order. This place is terrible!! Read more
