Not too bad. Food is pretty filling, but as with everything else prices have went up.
Good place to eat. However, sometimes our food has been cold. Case in point, their beef Chalupa. The crust was so hard I had to... send back. Another instance we were served old chalupas. We've eaten there enough to know. That bring said the staff are alwayscourteous and friendly. Read more
Food was good as always. The kiosk where you place your order didn't work and it took a while to get someone to take our order.
They're always friendly and most times speedy in getting my order out.
Steak was overcooked, no sour cream or tomatoes on the surpreme tacos or chupplias, too much lettuce on everything and the G2... drink was watered down. Read more
Good food slow pace. Service would be amazing if their employee turnover rate wasn't so high.
First time here they got are order wrong. You also couldn't hardly hear the little old lady taking orders not sure if it was her... or the speaker. Not the worst place but not even a top five. Read more
Went through the drive thru and I ordered 2 orders of 7 layer nacho fries. One of them with only meat, nacho cheese, and... chipotle sauce. When we received the order I told my son to check the order because his was the one that was ordered special. Heopened them up to find out that there was only meat ( about a tablespoon if even that) on them and they didn't look fresh. So Igo back to the drive thru and tell the lady what was wrong. The lady was nice and she gave us our order back she said "I'm sorryabout that and have a good night." As we are driving off (for the 2nd time) I said you better check it again just to make surethey got it right this time. He opened them up and the fries didn't look fresh once again but not only that there was a blondhair laying right on the top!! So I circle back around again (round 3) but instead of going to the drive thru my son said "I'mtaking them in." He goes in and tells the same lady from the drive thru what was wrong. She takes his order of nacho fries fromhim and has them fix him another order. She gives him his nacho fries back (now 3rd order) and walks off, doesn't say sorry,thank you, or ANYTHING to him at all for all the trouble with his order. The employee was what they consider as a manager, forher to treat a customer (a 12 year old) like that, in my opinion, she doesn't even deserve to have a job there. She definitelydoesn't deserve to be in a managers position!! My son LOVES Taco Bell but after this experience, I believe has differentthought!! One more thing I forgot to mention, after we got home (we live like 2 miles away) he had to heat up his nacho friesbecause they were cold!! Read more
