This place is a mess, I go to Hauppauge when I live just down the road because they always mess up my order, The food is either... cold missing something or missing food. Rude and very unprofessional. I am surprised they are still in business. No onion andcold food, steak egg and cheese. Read more
I usually have a bad experience here with the younger staff, very ill mannered and unprofessional, food mostly horrible and cold... when you get it compared to other McDonald's. Owner and corporate need to get involved, the remodeling is nice but the choice ofstaff is heavily dependent on age and look instead of attitude and experience(opinion). Turn over ratio must be high Iconstantly see new people except the older women, they are the only reason I leave hope for this location and risk going. Read more
Used the kiosk to order, was given half our order and didn't notice until we got home, 2 people didn't get there food. I will... not be going back to this location, this is the 3rd time this location has screwed up our order and left out stuff we paidfor. They won't do anything about it because you already left the store and they act like them stealing from you (taking moneyand not giving you all of your order) is somehow your own fault. Read more

I went here today around 2:15pm (4-4-22) and the nice, handsome dark skinned young man who was doing door dash and register when... I got there. I ordered my items and he told me about a special that's about the same price and I get more food. I thought thatwas really awesome of him and a great employee who deserves a raise IMO as he went above and beyond for the customer. (That'swhy I left a time and description, as he had an apron on and I wasn't able to see the name tag.) It's nice to see friendly fastfood employees, as they're NOT "JUST fast food workers" and deserve to be treated with respect as well. -A former McDonald'semployee(2000-2003) and General Manager(2015-2016) at different locations. Guess it?s really not worth it coming to mcdonalds here. You pay the same price you would at any other McDonald?s except here... the food is complete trash. You get told they are out of a certain product and then they turn around and sell it to a couple ofcustomers after you. I ordered chicken nuggets which may just as well be made out of cardboard because they were dry af and Iordered a blueberry muffin which was dry as well, tasted like stale bread, lastly I ordered a holiday pie?. They gave me onethat said ?enjoy by 10:15? which was a whole hour and a half before the time I had it. They gave me a replacement and it wasequally as dry. Just waited in line for over 30 minutes and ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with no onions. This is what we got... "no pickle,... add pickle, Xtra American cheese". The sandwich came with two bites already taken out of it! We're in the middle of a pandemicand they're serving half-eaten food to customers. Unbelievable. Read more
So it's convenient for and the day staff is fine but who ever puts together meals at night always has grease on the bottom of... the bag, and burger that I have to re-arrange and they don't pay too much attention to the orders. Strictly at this one. Iordered a DBL QTR pounder meal but they only put the burger not the meal. And the burger was barely put together. I usuallydon't go on these with negative review but it's tiring. Read more
