Very UNSATISFIED The person in this facility talks with attitude and this location no longer gives ketchup. How are you going to... be a billed your own sandwich and not have all the condiments. Other subway at least have the litter ketchup instead of therebig one but not even that un acceptable. I was going to dine in but had to leave because I had to go buy a condiment that theyshould already be offering ( that alwats was offered) and not even have a sing about it. Been going to this subway for years and for the first time this will be my very last time supporting this location. The Man was... very rude nasty and unprofessional to me when I asked him if he can please change his gloves after I observed him touchingunclean appliances and touching meat that I am allergic to he also began to continue to make the sandwich while yelling andscreaming at me that he doesn?t have to change his gloves . I was so shocked. This was a very unhealthy energy and it was veryunsafe to serve a customer this way. I am very disappointed at his behavior as an adult and store staff who should be leading asan example he was in front of his son who is part of the staff being unprofessional and I will never come to this subway. Nasty staff very bad experiance with the staff they got into argument about me using their public handsanizer i dont know if the... women and men that was their fighting and swearing at me are the owners their was 2 customer seating there and they left becauseof the argument If they are not the owners i wish they can get in touch with me ,such rude staff so sarcastic i was just tryingto protect myself and my family by using handsanizer and they responder by telling me off and saying take the whole sanitizer ! The so-called "sandwich artist" didn't fill up the scoop but wanted $2.00 extra for more meat which was probably gonna be... another 3/4 scoop of meat again. Never say never but I'll have to be seriously starving to go to that place again. Read more
Subway in general is nasty, but the folks who run this place serve up some of the oldest looking grade Z meat that makes one... question the age of it. The guys who assembles the sandwiches is helpful, but the grumpy old goat that runs the register needsto take a shower and grow a personality. You're libel to catch a tapeworm dining here. Stay away! As usual. Now its worst . Its 830am now and not even open . Saposably they open at 8am. This is the worst Subway on the island... with I'll tempered lady that opens in the a.m. If your in the Brentwood area go ton the Rt 111 one. Read more
Horrible customer service, we tried using a coupon and we were spoken to so rudly that we could not use the. Coupon. The... employee didn't even take a second to look at our coupons. We've used this coupon in another subway just a couple miles away andthey've accepted them. The staff is very rude and discriminated my family because we live an alternative lifestyle. The employeethat was there did not want to help us at all. Hopefully subway can see that having people like this will hurt them. Read more
