This place has very immature unprofessional workers and I?m not speaking for all but a few! Placed a delivery order today and... 98% of my order was missing. I call to speak to a manager because clearly someone cannot do their job correctly and theyproceeded to keep hanging up on me ignoring me before I could even say why I was calling. Went to the drive thru and wasn't able to order at the menu. There was a girl outside taking orders. She said I had to order... with her and I wasn't allowed to pull up to the menu board to even read the menu bc apparently corporate was tracking theirspeed of service from when a car pulls up to the speaker to when they get there food. So basically they were trying to cheat the system for better results on paper verse trying to fix the real speed of service issue. I was really annoyed bc i had noclue what I wanted to look at the menu. Also they do happy hour freezes from 2 to 5 so it was 1:53 at the time I ask her if Icould get the happy hour freeze she said no so I decided to leave. Read more
Place not bad. Love the food. Service nit bad I just dislike the constant Cherry Pepsi. I always order pepsi but not sure if... they think Pepsi means any kind of Pepsi.
