A young man with shaggy hair took my order, had me pay, and then told me I had to wait til he helped two other people in line to... get my pizza even though it was ready on the shelf behind him. I asked him if I could just get my pizza because I already paid,he said in a stern voice " I told you I would get it for you after I help everyone else". Literally I have never paid for mypizza and then had to wait to get it when it was sitting on the shelf right behind him. He then put it on the counter, I wentto grab it and he pulled it away from me. This was the strangest encounter I have ever had. He was very young, this isprobably his first job, management should do some customer service training, he was way out of line and disrespectful. Not tomention the second person after me paid with cash and he did not wash his hands after touching someone else's cash and wentstraight to touching my food, one bag which only had three pieces of bread in it and the other had like 8. Ordered 2 pizzas 2 crazy bread and 2 sauces for delivery. Showed up missing 1 crazy bread. Tried to call central point. No... answer and goes to what sounds like a fax. No way to contact them. Won't be ordering from central point anymore. Read more
Wish I could give 0 stars. Cold dried out pizza definitely not hot and fresh. Forgot marinara sauce(they always do) feel sick... after eating. Sitting here wondering if I'll get food poisoning. Employees are nice enough but food is waaaaayyyyy pastexpiration. Read more

Was told 7 mins ended up taking almost 30 mins cause the employees couldn't stop arguing with each other about what was needed.... Constant yelling and saying just do your job we will do ours. Everyone that was there was told 7 mins and nothing came outbefore 25 mins. Read more
What does hot and ready mean? Your sign inside says ..cheese or pepperoni " hot and ready" so you never have cheese ready and... sometimes you have pepperoni ready. So I settled for pepperoni today because I didn't want to wait 7 minutes for cheese..I gethome it is definitely not hot. And it looks like its been sitting in your warming over for 5 hours!! the reason i go to littleceasar is for the "hot and ready pizza. Read more
If I could give this zero stars I would. I purchased their "fanceroni" pepperoni pizza and picked it up from the portal. What... I did not notice was that grease was literally pouring from the back of the box. When I got home I noticed that my car seat wassoaked with grease from the cardboard box. The pizza hasd so much pepperoni on it, that not all was cooked through and thedough was raw. Whoever boxed this pizza should have seen the inordinate amount of grease in the pan and took steps to make surethis was not boxed with grease that you could literally pour from the heavy cardboard container. Now I will have to pay to havemy car seats professionally cleaned. This is ridiculous. Read more
