The rudest customer service. I sent my daughter up to get a refill and apparently they are charging a dollar for refills now. I... walked up and asked why. The lady said , because we are. So I then replied, so I have to pay because your machines are working?She rolled her eyes at me and said, can someone explain to this lady why we don?t do refills. To which a man came up and said,we disconnected our drink machines. It?s a dollar now. The most ridiculous thing. Not only was I treated rudely but we willnever be back. This McDonald's is the worst. I go in for a 2 cheese burger meal. The clerk didn't even know what I was talking about and asked... what number it was. The number wasn't on the board then it appeared I say the number seven. With an extra sweet tea. They onlygave me one cheese burger and said their was only one.On the receipt. They charged me $7.60 a cheese burger two drinks and asmall fry not even a medium like I had ordered. Don't go there ever I have always had terrible experiences there. I don't take the time to write bad reviews very often but tonight was thee worse customer service I've ever experienced. The... manager is young and clearly inexperienced and he could care less about customers. Did not even say sorry for completelyscrewing up my order not once but twice. Got back to work to eat lunch and the patty was glued to half of the bun by the cheese. It's a sad, sad moment for me.
Stopped by here on our road trip back home, mobile ordered and got our food in a timely manner. Had everything we ordered, even... got ketchup and napkins without having to ask. I got a quarter pounder from here and it tasted a lot juicier and "fresher" thanother McDonald's I've ordered from. Either I got lucky or this McDonald's doesn't just throw their patties into the microwave. Read more
Food was great. Service was bad. I was missing drinks and needed the attention of the worker, who turned and glared at me, asked... "What?" and then got annoyed & put out I needed drinks. Tables were filthy. No wipes stocked to wash our own table. Wait waslong. Read more

The Central Point McDonalds is awesome. They always have prompt service, friendly staff, hot food, and a working ice cream... machine. The pictures I shared are of when I went to get just my free 6 piece nuggets because the Trail Blazers scored more than100 points. You know it was good because I forgot to take pictures until after the food was gone. My only negative experiencewith this location was when I was delivering food for Door dash and I showed up to pick up the order and they were closed andhour early. Which resulted in a less than desirable experience of dealing with that Don't hesitate to go to this location evenif the line looks ridiculous because the line moves fast. Read more
