I love pizza hut pizza! However, for whatever reason the service has gone so far downhill it's unreal! They use an answering... service that's a pain, and you cannot get ahold of any one at the actual store location! I will say our delivery driver wasgreat! I've been coming here on and off for years, and usually it's a good experience, but I went in there tonight around 9pm with my... son, and this was not the case. There were two people in the store, the driver(or cook, im not sure), who was working, and themanager who was just sitting in the back, not wanting to work the register. The other employee had to tell the manager to stopbeing lazy and go help the customer. I appreciate the other employee speaking up and calling out the manager on his poorcustomer service. I finally talked to the manager, who seemed grumpy, and explained to him that my online order wasn't goingthrough. I know its an online only deal, but I showed him on my phone that my order wasn't being processed, and he offerednothing. He just said "sorry its online only deal". I'm sure there's a way to discount the price to honor the deal in situationslike this. It's the least he could've done after being rude. I ended up just leaving and not buying anything. Not sure if he'supset he didnt get to go trick or treating this year, or what, but this guy obviously didn't want to be there. Read more
i ordered multiple items, upon delivery i was missing 1/3 or the 18 original wings i ordered & payed $31.99 for. i tried calling... the store multiple times with no one answering. i work from home and ordered in so i could get some work done, since no one wasanswering i had to drive to the store and ask about my missing wings. the employee explained they are under staffed thereforedoor dash handles deliveries now & the driver forgot the rest of our order. i explained that i understand mistakes happen butasked why no one in the restaurant answered the phone. the employee came frustrated and told me he ?just wanted to walk?insinuating quiting. i didn?t even get a sorry. i paid a delivery charge to pizza hut when your employee admitted to me that thecompany doesn?t even handle deliveries anymore, that all deliveries are handled thru doordash. i paid a driver $6 to deliver myfood & he didn?t even complete his job. personally i never use doordash because i dont agree with the business model. i spentover $50, paid for delivery charges and a tip, had to drive to the store myself and got handed old wings to return home to coldfood. i ordered pizza because i didn?t want to go out because i had some work to do & i didn?t want to cook or clean dishes. ifi knew i was going to have to leave my house and use my gas i would have picked up food elsewhere. i want a refund. I ordered a large pizza which wasn't cooked all the way and 8 piece boneless wings which cost 9. 99. They were literally crumbs... like super small all breading. Will never order there again. Read more
Pizza hut is usually hit or miss for me. Sometimes it's great other times it's not. This place is amazing if you go inside and... order. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Read more
Super rude! I was short on my order, I could see it wasn?t on the receipt. A very argumentative girl came up and was less than... pleasant for sure I am assuming she was a regular employee as her clothes were filthy her appearance was very unclean! I triedto fix the issue by re ordering the missing item and was informed it would be a long wait. Very very rude! Will never return dueto bad treatment as well as I feel like I pulled my pizza from the garbage. It is discouraging to see employees handling foodwith dirt under their fingernails. Read more
WHOA! Unbelievably bad. Last 2 times in it was not good. First time, pizza was RAW! Literally. Second time, I had a pizza that... was almost all crust. Look at the pic! Read more
