Every time I go there and get in line in the drive thru. They tell me they are short staffed and closed now. They need to hire... people that want to work or hire older reliable people I will never waste my fuel to drive 12 mines 1 way. To be told theycan't make a meal . Worst service ever. Read more
Meh, haven't been to Sonic in 5+ years probably will be just as long again... Tots were barely warm, nothing special about the... chicken sandwich, it was dry. Rude and condescending window lady. Shake spilled all over my wife and the inside of the car. When asked to fix and make a new... one, got looks like *we* were the rude ones. Forgot to give us our food. No apology. Just disappeared for 5 minutes, returnedwith our food and sent us away. I get working at Sonic sucks, but come on... Read more
I have had nothing but let down at this Sonic. First thing is the app doesn't work well with this store. Second the last 2 times... I've gone there I've gotten leaky cups and both times they made a huge mess in my car. I don't like to complain but it has to besaid, please work on getting some better quality serving containers. Below par service. The cheeseburger was dry. No ketchup in the bag. Just one napkin. And most horrible of them all was the... lemonade. I ordered a medium and got 3/4th of the cup full of ice. The photo shows the amount of ice after I finished thedrink!! Read more
