I had to wait nearly 10 minutes to order my food in the lobby. The clerk wasn't available, and the drive thru clerk was too... busy to take my order. I did patiently wait because I had waited that long already. The coffee and breakfast bagel weredecent. Read more
My 5yo son has celiac disease, so I asked the workers for extra help in preventing cross contamination on his food. They were... very helpful, changing their gloves and cooking his hashbrowns on parchment paper so that nothing got cross-contaminated. Iappreciate the extra effort and friendly, helpful attitude of the workers, even though it was busy when we arrived! Read more
Very clean and quick service. Pleasant counter person. many times in some other Dunkin shops, when I ask for a Hot light and... extra sweet coffee they never add enough sugar or stir the coffee. Sometimes the coffee is so weak you are actually drinkinghot water. I can honestly say that is NOT the case with this particular Dunkin. the server actually suggested I taste it tosee if it is enough sugar to my liking. This made me feel like a valued customer. Ok Central Square DD you will no longer have my business!!! Everytime I go there you are either rude as hell or my order is not... right. Today I ordered a Salted Caramel Signature latte like the first picture, and the second picture is what I got. I said tothe lady isn't there supposed to be whipped cream, she looks at me and quote on quote said "for the signature latte no I don'tthink so" and shut the window on my face. Don't ever order grubhub from here. I was trying to order a Charlie cold foam coffee, but I wasn't on the grubhub menu, so then... I made what was close enough to the coffee manually, and thought I would just call the store and ask them to put cold foam onit. Pretty simple request right? THEIR PHONE DOESNT WORK AT ALL APPARENTLY. It just kept saying phone out of service, or beepingwhen I tried calling it for 20 minutes, even asked the grubhub driver to ask the store, no response. So if you have no form ofcommunication to your customers you should say your phone isn't working on your menu. I've never ordered from this dunkin beforeand this was honestly a real let down to receive a coffee that wasn't made right or prepared the waY I like. Read more
Fast service, friendly staff. Odd, they force customers to share a restroom so staff can have a dedicated one. Makes it... extremely inconvenient for customers, especially considering they are a major stop on the interstate. Won't stop at thislocation again, despite good service, restrooms are a much needed part of my reasoning for choosing that exit. Read more
Every Dunkin Donuts in the area seems to be unkept and dishevelled. This location is no different. All around the building along... with the building itself is in disrepair. The digital signage has been jacked up for years. The attached drive for exiting hasbeen a mine field of potholes for years as well. Add to this an extremely long wait no matter how long the drive thru line isand this location should just be skipped entirely. Read more
