Great place to stop by when shopping at the Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. Everything is made fast and efficiently, staff are... also very helpful in their recommendations. The boba tea at Gong Cha is seriously so tasty! I?d highly recommend trying thebrown sugar milk tea myself. Keep in mind it?s a bit hard to navigate so get directions to Gucci which is across the way.Definitely worth a try when in the Woodbury area! Read more
This place is a health hazard if you have intolerances or allergens . Went in today and asked if their taro drink was vegan , I... asked multiple times if they used taro powder and if it contained milk. I don?t ask for it to be vegan to be annoying, I askbecause I am SERIOUSLY intolerant to dairy but mostly milk powder . They said it was fine and went to make it but then said itcontained milk powder so I asked about the Thai tea to which they said contained no dairy apart from condensed milk .Occasionally I have condensed milk with desserts and coffee drinks to which it creates a slight discomfort but I can handle it.However , I have been throwing up and have been seriously ill afterwards . My friend who was with me is only slightly lactoseintolerant and it was the only thing we drank/ate in common today and she has been throwing up a lot too. The workers gave theimpression that they were clueless but after they went in and said there?s no milk powder I thought it would be fine. Plus theysaid all drinks are vegan , as long as you get soya milk . Clearly not. Management needs to do something about the staff hereand their knowledge of ingredients . I write many many reviews and not once have I ever complained about being ill after aproduct. This is absolutely shameful and dangerous and I am FUMING. Read more
Gong Cha has the best bubble tea. This newly opened location not only serves bubble teas but hot lattes. I got the matcha bubble... tea with pearls, strawberry oreo bubble tea with pearls. Make sure to go light on sugar. Place is super clean, excellentservice, happy employees. The hot chai tea latte was just like back home. I have to go back and try other flavors. Read more

I was so excited to see Gong Cha in Woodbury. This was the closest I have to an authentic milk tea. Please visit this location.... The staff was very nice and the shop was very clean. Most importantly, the drinks were tasty!! I cannot wait until the nexttime we visit the outlet mall. Read more

I wish I could give them a higher rating but the boba balls were clearly cheap and the drinks in general were pretty low quality... compared to other boba places at that price point or to other Gong Chas. It?s still nice to have the option while shopping herethough. Read more
